A completely renovated family home combining charm and modernity 2 steps from the lake and the town center of Aiguillon sur Mer, and near the beaches of La Faute sur mer.
A wooded courtyard, a large living room with pellet stove for winter evenings, a fully equipped kitchen, 10 real beds divided into 5 bedrooms (4 with double beds, 1 with bunk beds), 2 bathrooms with shower, 2WC. Washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor shower and parking space.

Super séjour en famille. Maison avec 5 belles chambres, grande terrasse, proche des commerces. Belles ballades à faire Propriétaire à l'ecoute de ces locataires. Je recommande cette maison
