Welcome to our newly-built 2400+ sq ft. contemporary home, just a short walk from popular Willard Beach, renowned Scratch Bakery at Willard Square, and several charming shops and restaurants, as well as a playground at the end of our street! In our house you'll find three levels of living space with an open floor plan, hard-wood floors, and tons of bright, light-filled space. On the main floor, there is a dining area which seats 8 comfortably, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The well-appointed kitchen opens both to the living area and the dining area, and features a beautiful Italian gas stove. In the living area, you'll find comfy seating and a gas fireplace for an easy way to warm up on chilly evenings. There is also a meditation/yoga space with mats, bolsters, and cushions adjacent to the living room. Large windows facing the back of the property provide ample sunshine and a view of mature oak trees and the landscaped yard, including water feature. Dine al fresco on the large back deck, with privacy provided by large lilac hedges. You can nap in a hammock in the shade while your kids jump on the trampoline. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor, as well as the master with en suite. Head up to the third floor to find a huge open space with plush carpeting and beanbags and futon mattress. This space can be used for working out (weights and pilates board available) as work space, as well as for movie viewing via projector. This house is perfect for families, with plenty of space to spread out, as well as games, art supplies, and outdoor sporting equipment for your use.

During your stay in our charming town, walk to popular Willard Beach, just down the street, or grab a coveted bagel from Scratch Bakery at Willard Square. You'll find several quaint shops and restaurants within walking distance, including Rosemont Market, which stocks a superb collection of wines, organic produce, and sustainably farmed meats and seafood. Use the bikes to explore our friendly town by way of the green-belt pathway. You'll have access to 4 additional scenic beaches within a 20-minute drive, as well as several picturesque lighthouses. Make a reservation at one of many award-winning restaurants in nearby Portland for a night out on the town. Don't skip the brewery/roasting district in East Bayside. Many a delicious beer, kombucha, and coffee is made locally! Whether you're a beach bum, foodie, or hiker/biker (or all of the above), there's plenty for you here in SoPo and the greater Portland area!
