This newly built cottage (2013) in Cape Elizabeth, Maine is located in a private Atlantic ocean front neighbourhood at the entry of Casco Bay. A breathtaking location, filled with every amenity!
A new, spacious and well equipped kitchen awaits your culinary talents! Great open floor plan for family gatherings or enjoy a barbecue on the outdoor patio surrounded by ocean views!

All 3 roomy bedrooms have their own bathrooms and showers. 100% luxury cotton linen in all three bedrooms. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after being on one of the 2 private neighborhood beaches or to give Fido a good scrubbing!
This lovely home may be located in a private neighborhood but you are only 7.5 miles from downtown Portland with museums, antique shops, nationally acclaimed restaurants, theatre and unique shopping in The Old Port.

Lovely gem in Cape Elizabeth

Nicely appointed, clean and comfortable, and a walk to the beach - one couldn't ask for more. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Denis and Danielle easy to work with. We were very satisfied.

The kitchen was great. Could use an empty space that could be a pantry. We used a laundry basket, and counter space. The ocean was nice, with a short walk to the shore for an up close view. A minor issue came up with clothes washer breaking down, but was addressed quickly, and the washer across the street was made available. We appreciate that pivot. We thought the first floor bed was way too hard.

The home was clean, modern and beautifully renovated. Two couples: plenty of room for three couples. Each room had a bedroom. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped to cook at home. Location was great, beach just across the street. I highly recommend for families or couples wanting to get away. Short drive to Portland.

Beautiful cottage in fantastic location

We rented this as multigenerational family for my birthday. We could not have been happier with location and house. Well appointed kitchen and across the road from the beach. We grabbed beach chairs out of closet and enjoyed many mornings watching kids play at beach. In evenings, the view from outdoor dining table was spectacular. Easy drive to two lights, Portland, Boothbay and Freeport. There are two great beaches we walked to which everyone enjoyed. Cindy, the property manager, is fantastic and very quick to answer questions and assist with any needs. We are planning to return!

A Month in Cape Elizabeth

This is a wonderful property! It has the best ocean views for sunset and sunrise. It is located down a private road in a quiet enclave of houses with a very short path to a special little rocky beach. You can hear, see and smell the ocean from the house! The house is comfortable and clean with a well appointed kitchen making cooking for a family easy. There is an outdoor shower and a patio with a large table to eat your lobsters from Alewifes outside. The property manager, Danielle, responded immediately to all requests and Denis responds quickly as well to booking questions. This was our second stay the house and we plan to return. This is special house and we plan to be back.

A Gem

Denis' place has been and will continue to be a great place to stay for a couple of months while we have to be out of our own home. Denis and his property manager are easy to reach and get it done! The house has beautiful views, a quiet neighborhood, great views, and is incredibly well outfitted.

Special Location

The location of this home was spectacular. Settled in a quiet welcoming community, nestled away from the ordinary hustle and bustle of summer southern Maine tourism, this home is on the water with a small beach across the road and access to a striking point in which to watch the sunset. The home is incredibly comfortable and well equipped.

Tranquil Setting Just Minutes from Portland

Property was exactly as represented with ocean views from several windows. Home was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Only downside was the lack of privacy between neighboring houses when outdoors. Despite that, I would be happy to return to this property.

Best of Maine

I just spent 3 glorious weeks at 2 Tucker Lane! The location of the property, the views, the beautifully appointed home and the location were everything I was hoping for. I am very picky when it comes to rental properties and this house did not disappoint. The inside of the house was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you can possibly need... down to the huge lobster pot which is essential when visiting Maine. This was a seamless booking, the owner of the property was quick to respond to my questions and the property manager Danielle was also amazing, responsive and professional. Book your Maine getaway at Peables Cove, you will not regret it!!

Well appointed house in a very central location, close to South Portland and downtown Portland and very close to Crescent Beach. Great view and access to Peabbles Cove was an amazing plus. Look forward to staying there again!

Lovely home, great experience!

We stayed at this lovely property for our annual Girls' Weekend. It's proximity to Portland was ideal, while also being the perfect retreat in a quiet beach side community. The home comfortably accommodated all eight of us, and had everything we needed to hang out, cook and relax. Denis and Lori were so communicative, and a pleasure to work with! Hopefully we'll be back again, thank you!!

Surprise Birthday Weekend gone right

We rented this house on Cape Elizabeth as a surprise birthday get away for my girlfriend and two other couples. The house was immaculate and perfect for hanging out and entertaining. The views from the two masters were amazing. We ventured in to downtown Portland to enjoy the drinks and food, and it was really nice to escape the city and head back to Cape Elizabeth for the nights. Definitely a great location. Lori and the property owner were very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond for us, getting us comfortable and settled in after a little weather snaffu. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. 11/10 will rent again on our next Portland trip.

Wonderful property and perfect stay

This was our third visit to the property, this time for a family birthday celebration. Our stay could not have been better. The house is in a beautiful, private area with wonderful water views. It is convenient to downtown Portland and to a great neighborhood beach. The house is very well designed, comfortable, and appointed with everything we could have needed. We love the house, and our guests fell in love with it too. Lori was very helpful and followed up with us.

Great Stay

The property was very nice. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Portland in a nice quiet neighborhood. The ocean is a short walk from the property. There is an IGA grocery store a short distance away, less than a 5 minute drive. We really enjoyed the location of the property. It was clean and every bedroom had a bathroom which was real nice. We will be back and will definitely plan on staying here again.

The owner, Denis, loves travel and enjoys hearing the stories from other travellers. He is in a different country every month. Do not hesitate to ask for tips. He came to Maine for the first time 20 years ago and fell in love with this beautiful part of the World.

Justin, the other owner, fell in love with the New England coastline after growing up in coastal Massachusetts, between Boston and Cape Cod. The beaches of Greece and the warm waters of the Mediterranean are a site to behold, but nothing can compare to the Northeast Atlantic and these amazing views.

You are right at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean with a couple of private beaches at your door. 15 minutes drive to Old Port with everything it has to offer. Quiet, private location. We love our home and want you to have the best time there.
