This secluded, well-appointed home is close to the Rogue River, golf, hiking and fishing. Just a few minutes walk to a remote sandy beach, perfect for kites, sunbathing or splashing in the surf.

Located minutes away from Nesika Beach and Ophir Beach, just a short drive to Cedar Bend Golf Course, Sisters Rock (awesome sea cave), Prehistoric Gardens (fun for the kids), Humbug Mountain (stunning hike), the Rogue River, Gold Beach and Port Orford.

The following policies ensure the property can be enjoyed by all our guests:

The base nightly price is for up to 6 guests. The main house (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) is perfect for 6 guests.

You can add up to 9 more guests (15 total) for an additional $50 per person, per night (for every night of the entire reservation).

WITH 11 OR MORE GUESTS, WE OPEN UP THE DOWNSTAIRS SUITE (4th bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed) PLUS ADDITIONAL FULL BATHROOM AND COMMON SPACE (with a very comfortable pull-out king bed).

10-12 guests will feel cramped but manageable and 13-15 guests will feel quite tight, but we know there are very few properties that host 10+ people and want to make this option available.

All guests count toward your total, including children under 2.

GUEST COUNT IS STRICTLY ENFORCED; unannounced overnight guests will lead to $1000 charge to your security deposit and termination of your booking.

NO EVENTS. Additional guests (not on your reservation) are NOT ALLOWED on the premises without explicit permission. Undisclosed larger parties or events will result in a $1000 charge to your security deposit and termination of your booking.

NO SMOKING. Smoking anything inside will result in the termination of your booking and a $1000 charge to your security deposit. Any drug use accompanied by bad behavior will be reported to the police.

NO PETS. No exceptions. If you sneak a pet into the house, we will charge you a $1000 security deposit and terminate your booking. Due to my daughter's severe allergy, we cannot accept travelers with support animals. This is a health and safety issue for my child. Thank you for understanding.

Check out is 11am; there will be additional charges for late check-out, unless previously arranged. We do try to accommodate late check-out and early check-in, whenever possible. Feel free to ask.

Bedroom 1 (main level): One queen bed

Bedroom 2 (upstairs): One queen bed and a bunk bed (2 full size mattresses)

Bedroom 3 (upstairs): One queen bed and one full bed

The common area has a couch and one-person pull-out sleeper, which is predictably not comfortable. There are also two fold-out pads that can be used for sleeping on the floor.

On the main level, there is a 6 person dining table (extra leaf can be added), two bar stools at the counter, plus a folding table and 4 folding chairs for overflow.

For more than 10 people, we open up the downstairs suite with an additional king bed, queen bed and twin bunk bed, plus a 4th bathroom (can also be added for smaller groups with an additional fee).

Again, the house isn't really meant to host 10-15 people, so be aware that it is going to feel cramped with larger groups.

Please note, the deck and stairs can be hazardous for young kids or anyone with limited mobility.

Lastly, we have security cameras on the garage. These are in place for your security, and for video check-in, working with our gardeners, housekeepers, repair people, etc. They only monitor the public, outdoor spaces.

The home is completely private (we never rent to more than one group) and on acreage, so you will not be disturbed by anyone.
