Queen Bee - Majestic Beach Front w/ Vast Ocean Views, Spa

You cannot get closer to the beach than at The Queen Bee of Gold Beach! This pearl of a home is truly a rare find, overlooking some of the most amazing coastline in Oregon.
This spacious home is uniquely built with the entire living area situated on the second floor. Large double doors open, turning two separate units into a large family space with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 2 full kitchens.
Enjoy waves, sea-life and hot-tub on the weather protected decks, perfect for resting and entertaining.

We are dog friendly! Pets must be approved before confirming a reservation.

THE HOME

1st Floor
Guests enter the front door from ground level. Immediately entering the front door, guests are lead to a set of stairs accessing the second floors living area. To the right of the front door, guests can enter a large open space garage with free weight set, exercise mat, and laundry room. Garage is not available for parking but great for rainy day activities.

2nd Floor
The entire main living area is situated on 2nd floor, ideal for viewing the ocean and beach throughout the house.
The second floor is made up of two separate units (north and south) that can be divided and accessed separately for privacy, or large French doors can be opened up, connecting the two living rooms, to create one large living space. THE TWO SPACES ARE ALWAYS RENTED TOGETHER, NEVER SEPARATELY.

The North Unit
The larger North Unit living space has its own entrance at the top of the stairs, leading into an open space living room, kitchen and dining area and separate Master King Bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

-North Unit Living room (Epic Ocean View): Amazing 180 degree ocean and beach view bay windows! 1 large couch, 2 loveseats with ottomans, coffee table, roll-top desk workspace and large flat screen TV with Roku.

-North Unit Kitchen (Ocean View): Large open space kitchen with tiled counters. Double door refrigerator/freezer, glass cook-top, oven, microwave, double sink, dishwasher, wood cabinets. Kitchen is fully stocked, including drip coffee pot with coffee, coffee been grinder, dishware, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender, crock-pot, toaster, and baking dishes. Everything a cook needs!

-North Unit Master King Bedroom (Ocean View): King size bed, jetted spa tub, flat screen TV with Roku, walk-in closet and beach side patio with large sliding doors.

-North Unit En-suite Bathroom: Large tiled counter with 2 sinks, mirrors, towel cupboard, toilet and large stand up shower with glass sliding door.

The South Unit
The South Unit also has its own entrance at top of stairs. Ocean views with open space living room, kitchen and dining area opens right out to the patio and hot tub. Hallway separates Full Bedroom, Queen Bedroom and Full Bath.

South Unit Living room (Ocean View): Couch, ottoman, recliner, flat screen TV with Roku and DVD player, bookshelf with DVD selection, bookshelf with books. Large double slider glass doors that open up to patio.

South Unit Kitchen (Ocean View): Smaller kitchen with tiled counters, drip coffee pot with coffee, refrigerator, freezer, single sink, electric 4 burner stove-top, small oven, microwave, dishwasher, large wood cabinet for storage, small selection of cookware, dishware and silverware.

South Unit Patio (Amazing Ocean and Beach Views!): Covered patio with north and south walls for wind protection. Large double siding glass doors, 4 person Hot tub/Spa, BBQ, and patio furniture.

South Unit Queen Bedroom: Queen Bed, flat screen TV, closet, night table with lamp. Street Side.

South Unit Full Bedroom: Full Bed, Flat screen TV, night table with lamp, closet. Street Side.

South Unit Full Bathroom: Accessed from hall, located between queen and full bedrooms. Tile counter, single sink, mirror, towel closet, toilet, shower/bathtub with glass door.

DIRECT BEACH ACCESS!
The beach can be accessed right from the house.

WASHER/DRYER
Washer and dryer are located on 1st floor, through the garage in laundry room.

WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY!
PET RULES: DOGS ONLY. 2 DOG MAX. ONLY DOGS UNDER 50 POUNDS. Dogs MUST have prior approval and guests must follow additional pet rules. 1. Additional pet fee of $135 per stay. 2. Dogs may not be left at house alone. 3. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture. 4. Guests must pick up any pet messes outside before check out. 5. Dogs must be on a leash and accompanied by their owner.

PARKING
Lots of parking! The driveway is large enough to park boat on a trailer or a small RV (NO HOOKUPS). Guests are not allowed to stay in RV during their stay. Trailers, tow-behinds and RV’s must be approved by host before reserving. There is no inside garage parking.

LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD
The home is on the north end of Gold Beach, perfectly located just out of town, but an easy 5 minute drive to the Port of Gold Beach, groceries, restaurants and shopping. The home is located in a quiet and safe beachside neighborhood.

PROPERTY SETTING
The Queen Bee is a single family home on its own property lot. Guests get the entire home to themselves during their stay. There are neighbors that we ask guests to be respectful of during their stay.

INTERNET/WIFI/CELL PHONE COVERAGE/ELECTRICITY
The home provides excellent internet and WIFI for guests during their stay. Most guests' cell phone carriers get full reception. Guests should be aware that the issues related to the coastal location can cause interruption throughout the year to both internet, power and cell phone reception that are outside of the host's control.
