L emplacement ne fait pas tout

cuisine, salle a manger et salon le tout en un pouvant recevoir 6 personnes mais maison louée pour 12 personnes.Obligation de prendre les repas dehors malgré le vent froid. Grosse déception quant aux chambres du rez-de-chaussée . Une chambre borgne, une autre avec un vasistas de20 cm sur 40 cm au niveau du plafond. Une autre chambre avec fenêtre pouvant sur un mur et la quatrième porte fenêtre ouvrant également sur un mur;salle de bain et chambres hauteur sous plafondd basse.Un escalier dangereux avec des enfants en bas âge.Escalier raide qui correspond a un escalier de cave;Premier étage chambre a 3 lits avec un wc au bout d un lit mais sans porte, et un lit dans le couloir.Le seul avantage de cette maison est sa localisation;L absence de parking est un énorme problème à ArcachonLe prix est excessif car il n est justifié que par la localisation de la maison .

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison qui correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Très bien aménagée. Nous étions 10 à loger sur place et pas du tout à l'étroit. La terrasse est très agréable aussi.

De la plage, du centre et des commerces, de l'embarcadère, bref, on peut difficilement trouver mieux !
