This well-kept, human-sized residence is composed of 13 apartments facing south or south/west. The ski slopes, ski school, and resort center are 600 m from this residence with elevator. You will find the first shops 100 m from the apartments. You can take the free shuttle to get around the resort and discover the Champagny-le-Haut valley. New: opening of a small indoor pool and a sauna (access via the parking lot). Surface area : about 54 m². Ground floor. Orientation : West. Living room with bed-settee, pellet burning stove. Bedroom with double bed. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 induction cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with washing machine, dryer. Separated WC. Terrace. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
