This attractive holiday home is situated on a lakeside plot.



The property stretches right down to the water and is located in the small spa town of Nowe Warpno. From the living room you have a marvellous view of Lake Nowowarpienskie, whose water glistens enticingly. You can hire a rowing boat or a boat with a motor directly from the owner of the house. Here you have found the perfect holiday destination to enjoy peace and quiet and beautiful experiences in nature. On cooler days, a wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth and a cosy atmosphere.



There are beautiful cycle paths in the area. During the summer season, a water tram runs from Nowe Warpno to Swinoujscie at weekends. Each additional dog for an extra charge.

Das schönste Ferienhaus vor Ort für die ganze Familie

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles lief super unkompliziert!! Das Haus bietet mit den drei Schlafzimmern genügend Platz für alle. Das abgezäunte Grundstück war perfekt für die Hunde. Auch der separate Steg zum See hat bei allen für Begeisterung gesorgt. Der Ort ist leider sehr verlassen, so dass man bereits alles eingekauft haben sollte. Für alle die viel Ruhe genießen wollen ist das Ferienhaus ein gemütliches Urlaubsziel.
