The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



This amazing home is a true show-stopper! As you pull up, you’ll notice the sprawling front lawn and beautiful landscaping. Feel free to park in the 2-car garage, unload your bags, and head inside. You’ll be stunned as you take in the gorgeous interior of your temporary home. The design and furnishings are professionally planned and you’ll feel truly pampered. The large windows let in lots of natural light making the open-concept space seem even brighter.



The spacious living room is furnished with luxurious furniture and amazing décor. It’s the perfect spot to gather as a group around the gorgeous fireplace. It opens to the kitchen so everyone can be together no matter what they’re doing. Speaking of the kitchen, this one is a dream one. It offers an over-sized island, quartz counters, a gorgeous backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. Plus, it’s fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up a fresh meal or enjoy some takeout from our amazing local restaurants. There are also many spots available for you to have your meals. There is a great formal dining area, a smaller breakfast area in the kitchen, or take a seat at one of the barstools at the kitchen counter.



With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, you can comfortably fit a large group without having to fight over the bedrooms or bathrooms. The spacious bedrooms all contain comfortable furniture and lavish bedding perfect for getting a good night’s rest after a long fun-filled day. Plus, the main bedroom has direct access to the backyard. The beautiful main bathroom has a double vanity and huge walk in shower. All of the bathrooms are equally amazing with stunning tiles and modern finishes. Clean and spa-like, you’ll feel truly relaxed freshening up in any one of them.



Last but not least, let’s visit the backyard which is just as amazing as the inside. It’s fully fenced in for your very own private backyard oasis. You’ll have a great time relaxing and entertaining out here, with tons of options for seating. There is comfy patio furniture covered under the porch and the beautiful pergola, as well as some under the warm sun. The large swimming pool is perfect to help cool off on hot days. The Neighborhood:

Your vacation home is in the highly sought-after Preston Hollow area of northwest Dallas. Conveniently, you’ll be less than 20 mins to DFW airport and downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions.



In addition to the major attractions, you’ll be just 12 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 20 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. For more fun with the kids, be sure to check out Adventure Landing Dallas (15 minutes away), which features mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and an arcade. You can also pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, home to the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 25 minutes away.



For some great shopping, The Galleria Dallas, a high-end shopping center, is 5 minutes away.

You’ll also be 15 minutes to our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. The soul of the entire DFW Metroplex, it features an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. In this same area, you’ll also find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk, a peaceful and charming section of Las Colinas. It’s the perfect gathering spot for those wanting to take a break from all the sight-seeing!



Finally, the city has several amazing parks you absolutely must check out and 2 of them are less than 15 minutes away from home. Prairie Creek Park is known for its scenic landscapes and vibrant flowers and plants. It also features a gorgeous waterfall right in the center of the park, the perfect spot to take some amazing pictures. Last, but not least, Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center can be found in lush woodland just outside of Richardson. It’s the ideal spot to find some peace and solitude. Perfect for walking, biking, or hiking, there are over 5 miles of trails to take in the tranquil scenery.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
