Welcome to our magnificent holiday home located in Criel-sur-Mer, in Normandy! We are delighted to list our charming property for rent on HomeAway, and we hope you have an unforgettable stay here.

Our house is ideally located and has all the necessary comfort to accommodate up to 14 people. With its 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, everyone can enjoy a private and intimate space.
You will like to meet in our large living space, equipped with a warm fireplace and table football for moments of conviviality.

One of the highlights of our house is its stunning sea view.
Picture yourself sipping your morning coffee on the terrace while taking in the stunning scenery that stretches out before you.

Kitchen needs upgrading especially the sink which was disgusting, a proper kitchen bin is needed, more utensils for cooking and more glassware needed

Bonjour Jane La cuisine est justement de style ancien, l’évier étant également d’origine (propre bien évidement, car quand vous employez le mot « dégoûtant » je pense que vous parlez des taches du granit. Pour que votre avis soit constructif, nous aurions besoin de savoir de quels ustensiles manquants il s’agit dans la cuisine ? C’est toujours appréciable d’avoir un avis aussi négatif et de n’avoir aucune valorisation de la villa et un peu de positif. Surtout que vous ne répondiez pas à mes messages et que cela aurait pu être réglé en direct puisque nous habitons à côté et que nous aurions trouvé des solutions immédiatement. J’espère que malgré cette cuisine dégoûtant vous avez passé un bon séjour à la villa

Schöner Familienaufenthalt

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem modern und sinnvoll möbliertem Haus. Die kleinen Kinder und die Erwachsenen haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Maxine weiterempfehlen!

Un Noël de rêve

Nous avons débarqué à 11 dans cette incroyable villa (jardin, terrasse, jacuzzi couvert) avec vue sur mer, à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. Fraîchement rénovée, tout est impeccable, chacun peut s’isoler quand il en a besoin, la cuisine est hyper fonctionnelle (on aurait apprécié un peu plus de matériel comme des plats de services etc…). Les chambres et les salles de bain ne manquent pas. Le soir du réveillon, un feu dans la cheminée, des cadeaux au pied du sapin mis en place par les propriétaires, un repas sur cette grande table, suivis d’une incroyable soirée, comme seule notre famille aime les faire 🔥. Les propriétaires (qui habitent à quelques minutes) sont à l’écoute et très prévenants ; cela change des locations un peu sans âme auxquelles on est parfois confronté.
