Take in sweeping views of the Gulf and Panama City Beach from two walls of views, or out on your own private balcony! You'll feel incredibly close to the sea in this lovely condo, but the central air conditioning will help everyone feel comfortable inside. It's easy to cook up full meals or beach snacks in the full kitchen (complete with a dishwasher for extra ease!). Bedrooms are spread out for guest comfort and privacy, and an extra hallway bed provides an extra place for a younger guest to sleep. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan for extra customized comfort. Feel free to pack light, as the private washer/dryer can help you lighten your load. As part of your stay, every guest can enjoy access to the shared pools (with beach views!), hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, and much more!

You'll be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood, including Montego Bay Seafood House & Oyster Bar and Firefly (both within five miles). Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, less than one mile away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf to guests brave enough to take a ride. Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just over eight miles from this condo.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great views of the ocean and pier. Huge balcony. The two queen beds in second room is misleading. Adding the second queen bed blocks access to the closet which isnt ideal because the room is super tight. Maybe 2ft to walk between beds and between the dresser and bed. So nowhere to store suitcases. Master bedroom is super spacious. Huge closet bathroom. Mattress is horrible and bed constantly squeaks. Other than that room is great.

Tidewater

Expected a little more for the proce we payed. Ive stayed at multiple condos over the years. This was our least favorite. No remotes to the tvs worked besides the living room. Door handle was broken to one of the bedrooms. Waiting for elevators was such a long wait daily. Our last night there we didnt have water and half the building was without power so no elevators. The water finally came back on as we were checking out. No notice or apology sent out from the condo or booking agency.

Love the beach

The condo was beautiful, just as described. And the view was amazing. The elevator situation, however, is why we will not stay there again. Being in the 16th floor, there was no option to climb stairs so we had to wait. 3 times we had to walk down the stairs because the elevator took so long.

Pros: Nice view and clean unit. Near Pier Park. Cons: Unit is outdated and the table outside was broken. Don’t come to Tidewaters during peak season, as the elevators are horrible. Maintenance came into the unit without any prior notice. (We came back to our unit to find our door open with maintenance inside, a heads up would have been nice as we had our personal belongings inside the unit.)

There was plenty of room for my entire family of 9, the furniture in the kitchen are was wobbly and one of the stools at the bar was broken. The patio furniture was pathetic, not what was pictured on the website, we had metal rusty fold up chairs and the table was so rusted that one of the legs had fallen off and we were unable to use it. My family likes to spend time on the patio and we were not able to do so this trip so it was very disappointing and misleading from the pictures that was on the vacasa website.

We had a great time! The condo was very nice and clean. It came with beach chairs which I love. However, having to stand in line every morning for chairs is a pain.

Amazing views

We ended up at this resort as a result of a relocation. I had 4 adults and 3 kids on our vacation and there was plenty of room for everyone. The balcony and view was the best part. In this corner unit, we got ocean and bay views. We did have some maintenance issues with one shower drain the first night, but maintenance came the next afternoon to fix it. The elevators took forever anytime of the day. If you were going anywhere around check in or out times, plan an extra 20 minutes for the elevators. Our biggest complaint was how dirty the floors were. We'd shower then walk around barefoot and our feet would be black. Other than that we had an amazing vacation.

Great Location

Great location for the price. The condo having three full bathrooms was a plus with our group of nine. The furniture and decor is outdated but it was clean. The mattresses were not great and there was not any comfortable seating for the balcony. All in all it was great for a quick weekend stay.

Stressful!

The property was clean, staff was wonderful , check in was great . The elevators were terrible ,we spent at least 2 hours of our day with a 2 yr old and a 2 month old waiting to get on the elevators. Three different times we waited 45 minutes and finally just went back to our condo and looked at the beach from our balcony until later those days. The rest of the time it was 15 to 30 minute times. We would go down at 6 am to set up our area on the beach and the elevators were great then. Thats the only time. We also woke up at 2 am with water pouring from the ceiling. My daughter got up to feed her 2 month old and slipped and caught herself. Luckily she didnt fall. We notified them . They came and took pictures and said oh wow and gave us towels to throw on the floor and keep it cleaned up for 2 days until it stopped leaking. They never came back!! I went down and asked what the plan was because we have a 2 yr old running around and we were worried about her slipping along with my daughter getting up to feed the baby in the middle of the night . They told me they were discussing it. I never heard anything back. I paid 4,000.00 for this condo and expected to hear back from Vacasa about it but never did!! I emailed them and not a thing except the conversation with the lady at the desk . It just overall was a stressful trip. We understand things happen, but them not even trying to make it right upset me. We will bypass Tidewater in the future.

Beautiful View

This condo was perfect size for our 6 adults and 3 children. After we arrived we had issues getting into our room as our code stopped working which left us locked out of our room until we could get ahold of someone, luckily we were only locked out for about 30 minutes before we were able to get back in. The condo itself was clean. We had issues with the dryer as we couldn’t get it to work which was inconvenient since we had anlready washed our clothes. L Also bring extra towels as well as blankets cause the thin sheet they call a comforter was useless. Overall it was a good condo for the price we paid.

Horrible Stay

Terrible stay , the condo look nothing like the online photos. We had a water leak and call many times to report it, and one came to see about the leak the customer service was not helpful at all,just awful. We will never stay again and I will tell all my friends about this back experience.

Nice place to stay.

The unit was nice and clean. For the most part well stocked. You have to park across the street on a parking garage and that wasn’t too bad but it does cost extra to park. The elevators are extremely slow. We had to wait about 20 minutes a couple time for the elevator.

Unacceptable

We only enjoyed the view. The condo was not fit to stay in. I booked it for a couple of three to get away with their spouses. We cleaned, sprayed, scrubbed and more when we arrived. The first night was definitely not good. I got several bad comments from everyone. We complained and was only given a chance for someone to come and clean. The first impression was already made about Vacasa, Tidewater Owner, and me. The first night should have been waved along with the cleaning fee. It is sad that the other couples drove 6 hours to a place unacceptable. I will never be able to make this up to them. I am sure this unit was rented out once we left. Please check behind housekeepers and owners. They should follow certain guidelines. Yulonda C

Perfect location & calm atmoshpere

I loved the condo. My only complaint was to VRBO for charging me an extra $75 and also had an extra charge of $63 for the security bracelets. I feel like that should be shown up front or not charged at all.

Beautiful Views!

PRO’s- The location is perfect, the views are gorgeous, can’t get any closer to the water. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. CONS- Our unit did need some work done, sharp broken tile that could have easily cut feet when walking throughout the condo. Microwave electronic panel loose and didn’t always connect to turn on the microwave. One of the bedroom doors has a hole punched in the back, shower was dirty.

Condo was great

The condo was great. Had a wonderful view. Elevators were another story. Check in time was 4:00 and that's when the people came in from the beach. Took forever to get to the room on the 16th floor.
