This Door County gem has a great location with all the amenities. Bring the entire family; this house was recently updated; as you can see from the pictures, it has a large great room, beautiful fireplace inside and out, large commercial kitchen, five-bedroom, three-bath water view home. The house is located at the Lodge of Leathem Smith property. Providing you access to the fantastic restaurant, bar, and just a few steps from your front door, plus you have access to the marina.

Besides the amazing location, the walking distance to downtown Sturgeon Bay is only a brisk 10-minute walk. Plus, just a short drive away from the beautiful beach at Sunset park or all the other amazing State or County parks, lighthouses, everything is very close. If you love to fish, Door County has some of the best fishing in the country.

We have onsite maintenance 24 hours a day.

There is also a seasonal TIKI bar on the property of The Lodge at Leathem Smith only a short walking distance away, with lawn games and an amazing view of the water!
