House was very nice. It had everything we needed. Management was very attentive, when we had trouble starting fireplace they came over and showed us how to work it. Will be back.

Thanks for the nice review. So glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We aim to please!
The house is in a quiet community on a mountain side. The house was very comfortable and roomy for three adults with the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Very functional with a well-stocked kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Franklin.

the poorly placed street signage and windy roads made it difficult to find the house. The driveway was just plain scary. I loved the room layout. thevdining room lights didn't work, but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Our Management team is always here to answer questions. The light in the dining room works perfectly with the right switch, which includes a rheostat for adjustable lighting and ambiance. We are in the mountains, so driveways are rarely level. Street numbers are consecutive. Our Guests are always encouraged to call us. Thanks for your time in sharing your thoughts.
We needed a place to stay for nearly a month while waiting for out new house to close. This home was great. The house was clean and perfect! This house was situated in a location that made you feel remote but you were only 20 minutes to town! Loved the deer in the yard every day. I worknfrom home and it was nice to work on the front porch with the scenery. This property is close to many attractions and we spent a lot of time hiking to many waterfalls close by. We will definately recommend this house to anyone coming to the Franklin area!!
This property was very spacious and the pictures are accurate. Owner supplied toiletries. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a Keurig coffee maker. We used the gas grill and enjoyed the back porch. Several lights were on a dimmer, you have to slide down for the light to go on fully. One issue we had was the hot water heater was not on we texted and left voice messages on both numbers they provided. We did not hear back until the next day when I communicated thru vrbo. Sally was quick to respond via vrbo. Over all this is a great property and we would stay again.
