The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure that all trash is placed inside of trash bags and put inside the large trash receptacles in the shed. Take receptacles to the roadside on Wednesday/ trash day.
This is a Bear-Wise property. Keep all trash and food picked up from outside and on the back patio including keeping the grill cleaned. Doing so will keep the Bears from coming onto the property.
We encourage you to change the thermostat settings to whatever makes you comfortable. We just ask that you please return the thermostats to 70° prior to your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Gem in the setting of serenity

This house and location was incredibly awesome for our group. Plenty of space inside and outside. The house was in perfect shape and we had zero issues with anything. Have stayed at many rentals and never had the type of over the top service from our host, Becki. She was super helpful and made our trip that much more enjoyable
