Very comfy and a nice kitchen, perfect for 2 people but no more. 🙁 It was really hot inside, you notice that as soon as you enter the place. It doesn't have AC but at least there is a fan you can move around. It was also a bit dark because the lights were not bright enough."

J'ai envoyé un message à la personne que j'ai eu a l'arrivée et rien n'a été fait j'ai du mettre un seau et j'ai passé des nuits blanches. A l'arrivée pareille la porte d'entrée devait s'ouvrir tout seul une fois qu'on reste sonner quelques secondes mais la porte ne s'ouvrer pas c'est une voisine qui ma ouvert au bout de 20mn et pourtant j'avais appelé ."

Le Casanova "GĂąchĂ© ! 🙂 Peu de choses..; J'ai demandĂ© un dĂ©dommagement, voire un remboursement pour les prĂ©judices suivants; * Lors de son arrivĂ©e, mon fils n'a pas pu entrer dans l'immeuble . Les consignes reçues Ă©taient erronĂ©es: la porte ne s'ouvrait pas automatiquement en sonnant Ă  l'endroit indiquĂ©. Nous avons donc fait le numĂ©ro d'urgence et sommes tombĂ©s sur un monsieur trĂšs gentil mais inefficace ! Il devait envoyer quelqu'un pour ouvrir.. mais au bout d'1 heure, toujours personne ! Il devait aussi me rappeler pour me tenir au courant mais ne l'a pas fait Heureusement, un habitant du mĂȘme immeuble est descendu vider sa poubelle et a donc ouvert la porte, permettant Ă  mon fils d'accĂ©der au boitier puis Ă  l'appartement louĂ© plus d'une heure aprĂšs ! Voici aussi la liste de tout ce qui a Ă©tĂ© constatĂ© : * Il y a une fenĂȘtre qui ne fermait pas (impossible de l'enclencher !) * Dans la salle de bain la douche Ă©vacuait mal et mon fils a du la dĂ©boucher...!! *Ensuite il y a le pommeau de douche qui fuit fortement! Mon fils a essayĂ© de le rĂ©visser mais ça ne marche pas. Toute l'eau ou presque s'Ă©coulait hors du pommeau !! *La colonne de douche ne fonctionne pas elle fuit juste ! C'est inadmissible ! J'ai payĂ© 147 euros pour 2 nuits??! Et Cocoonr demandait en plus de vider les poubelles,mettre le linge de toilette dans la baignoire, etc..? Pourquoi paye t on des frais de mĂ©nage ?? Ce serait logique s'il n'y avait rien Ă  redire. Seul dĂ©dommagement 30 euros, puis plus de rĂ©ponse Ă  mes mails... !... 🙁 voir ci-dessus"
