Extremely clean and very comfortable beds! Perfect for the two of us. A little remote but we’re liked that. The host was very communicative and extremely patient with us and very helpful as we missed the check in instructions and then locked the key inside the cabin! We highly recommend this cabin for a rustic feel with all the modern amenities. No WiFi but we didn’t really miss it!

Coffee on the porch, hiking during the day, food on the grill for dinner, and a cozy fire at night. This rustic cabin has it all and near many hiking and riding trails.

Absolutely Perfect!

Cabin was immaculate, when you rent a cabin in the woods you expect to share a little time with nature, but this cabin was spotless, not even a single cobweb on the porch/overhang. Beautifully decorated, and so quiet and peaceful that I think the loudest thing out there was a butterfly. Check in was excellent, directions from the host were spot on and communication from the host was fantastic. Can't wait to stay again on our next trip.

Wonderful cabin

The most gorgeous location imaginable. Very dog friendly. Cabin was immaculate and cozy and comfortable. The hosts are helpful and lovely. HIGHLY recommend this place! I can’t wait to go back. Loved everything about it.

quiet retreat

property is exactly what was advertised. quiet, relaxing, from the porch to the lake you see no one. just woods and a metal moose that says hi every day. Absolutely enjoyed ourselves. we wanted to get away from people and we did.the owners were very nice and when we called for garbage removal they were very prompt, was one of the easiest check in and out i have ever had. would recommend this property to everyone who wants a quiet relaxing vacation.

Cozy retreat

We enjoyed our cozy cabin in the woods. The road was well plowed when it snowed and the wood burning stove kept us extra warm along with the regular heat. Definitely recommend these cabins!

Christmas @ Bear Den Cabin

It was magical! The cabin was well equipped with everything you needed. Cabin was clean, warm and charming. It snowed quite a bit ,while we were there , and the roads were well maintained, to travel upon. We will be back , this is definitely a place we want to bring our family to!!

Will be booking again!

We stayed at the Bears Den cabin for a few nights, and it was as lovely as advertised! The host was great as well as communicative, and since we were the in the middle of a snowstorm they were great about making sure it was plowed properly for us in the morning!!

Escape fro reality

I was looking for a place to disconnect and relax and this place was exactly what I was looking for. Cozy little cabin in a secluded location surrounded by nature. Well equipped cabin with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I will definitely come back.

Better than expected!

When you rent a log cabin in the mountains you sort of prepare yourself for a bare bones “rustic” hunting camp or worse! Nothing could be further from the truth for these three beautiful cabins. Perfect in every way. Especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings

My husband and I moved to VT in 1985, and decided this was the perfect place for log cabins. We are on over 200 acres. of pastoral and mountain views. So peaceful and relaxing. Our family found this to be such a wonderful place,. We watched out grandsons enjoy so many great times here, and now the great grandchildren. So 35 years later it is still the place for wonderful Christmas holidays and memories .that we would love to share.
