The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed and TV. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room, 8 sqm and with TV, gas stove (4 burners), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and washing machine. Sorrento, 50 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located in a holiday complex, on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedge, and a wall. The residence is an old farmhouse from the year 1700. It has recently been extensively restored, preserving the original features such as arches, walls, roofs, and barrel vaults. It is equipped with all amenities for a pleasant holiday. The peace and relaxation of the guests, as well as their privacy, are fully guaranteed, as the house is accessible through a private iron gate. Access is via a side street (asphalted, length 15 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a guarded parking lot in the town (distance 500 m).
