My friends and I really liked the location, and overall condition of the house! amazing views!
One note would be updating the matresses on some of the rooms as well as curtains for those days were sleeping is in order, but overall great stay great amenities, great host, would book again.
The house has an amazing view!!! We loved sitting on the back porch enjoying the sun coming up and setting. Had a few hiccups with the river parking, but overall a great stay!! Leah was great and quick to answer all my questions. Would stay again!!

We really enjoyed hosting you guys and hope you got lots of pictures of the beautiful Texas Hill Country views. Your feedback is so valuable and we hope you will visit again sometime.
We really enjoyed the house and the beautiful views The home is located in a rural area and there isn’t very many restaurants nearby. The local grocery store is small and pricey. I would recommend buying groceries on the way and making sure your vehicle is full of gas. We had to drive a while to all the places we went, accept for tubing in the Frio.
We enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful. She had everything we needed to make the best of the few days we had there without having to travel super heavy

Beautiful view
We stayed 2 nights we did enjoy the place it has wonderful views for sure. We were not a fan of the water hole so just went to the river for the day . The Dog next door did bark a lot so not the most peaceful place. we did enjoy the views and the cabin for the most part it had everything you needed except a wine opener lol . Leah was vary helpful with our stay. We would visit again!
Had a great time at this property, River is about a mile away but we ended up going to concan to float the river. Views are amazing at the cabin very quite and secluded. We loved it.
Country vacation is how I describe it. The hiking trails on the property were amazing. The house was wonderful. The views are beautiful. Leah is an awesome host. We will be going back again.
Enjoyed the views, cabins, and everything was in order. The neighbor has a dog that barks all night long at its own shadow, so that’s really annoying. Other than than, great stay.
