The condo includes a chef-style kitchen w/ all appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, granite counters, tile floors, tile bathrooms, combination safe. 4 flat-screen TVs, cable, streaming services, wireless internet, and air conditioning.

The residence has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, a half bathroom, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.

The main bedroom features a king-sized bed. This room has ocean views, access to the large main terrace, a desk and flat screen TV. The room also features a walk-in closet with custom teak cabinets, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, wood cabinets and a generous stall shower with rain shower head and wand.

The second bedroom features two Twin-sized beds with woven headboards and a twin bunk bed. This room has a large flat screen TV, desk, and a built-in wall of custom cabinetry providing plenty of room to store your personal items. An ensuite bathroom with sink and stall shower equipped with a rain shower head and wand complete this bedroom.
