In this residential district, 1 km from the beautiful beach of Kerleven, you will enjoy a rejuvenating holiday: a large house, a bucolic garden, a large sun terrace, deckchairs, a summer kitchen/ covered barbecue, a trampoline, the Golf de Cornouaille accessible on foot, a footpath 40 m from the house... nothing is missing.
The little extra? The house has a studio upstairs with independent outdoor access in which sits a large foosball table!
You will have on the ground floor:
- A large living room with lounge and dining room in row overlooking the terrace,
- An open kitchen and its back kitchen,
- A twin room (2 beds of 90 cm can be joined) and its large bathroom with a bath and a shower,
- A twin room (2 beds of 90 cm) with a bathroom with toilet
- A double room (2 beds of 80 cm close together) with a bathroom with toilet
- Separate WC
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer,
- A garage for bicycles
