- Main Street (11 mins walk) with all of the shops, restaurants, nightlife and more,
- City Park (30 second walk) which features open lawn space, volleyball, tennis, basketball, a state of the art skateboard park, as well as a playground

The Space:
Start your day with breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar seating and separate dining area. After your day playing outside, come home to your mountain contemporary base and relax in the hot tub, then gather around the fireplace for a movie or game night!

This place is perfect for a group of friends or family. We were able to walk to the lifts and downtown for dinner and drinks. Minutes away from hikes, local coffee shops, and only a three minute walk to the all-important 7/11.

Fantastic stay on Park Avenue!

Great place and location on Park Avenue. Very roomy, we had 10 adults staying and we had beds and room for all. It’s a large unit, big bedrooms and beds, roomy den and kitchen. Spacious well equipped bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. The bus stop is about a hundred feet away. If you’re walking, everything is 10 to 15 minutes away like the town, Park City Base etc. Nice hot tub in the backyard too. I would definitely stay here again.
