Vistas, Vistas, Vistas !!! The Cove at Park Meadows es uno de los lugares m��s pintorescos de Park City. Situado junto al campo de golf Park Meadows, a unos 3 km del Park City Mountain Resort, con vistas a las pistas de esquí y a las montañas de los alrededores. Este condominio ofrece lujo de calidad y comodidades de alta calidad a un precio moderado. En el verano, la piscina y la casa club están disponibles para los huéspedes.

Este magnífico condominio es de 2 niveles, y aproximadamente 3300 pies cuadrados de tamaño. El nivel de entrada consiste en la sala de estar principal con la cocina, comedor y sala de estar combinadas en una gran sala espaciosa. También en este nivel están el estudio, la lavandería y un tocador. La bañera de hidromasaje está en el patio, frente al hoyo 10 del campo de golf. It was an amazing stay! The property is beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for Thanksgiving meal prep, the fireplaces were great ambiance, hot tub delightful, beds comfortable, and we even saw a huge herd of elk running by outside the large living room windows on the golf course and up the mountain (seriously there were easily more than 100 including 3 or 4 large bucks). Communication was also great.

Beautiful home pictures do not do it justice.

Clean well maintained,property Kitchen stocked with everything you could need beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and the view was breathtaking!! Quiet but only a few minutes drive from PCMR and old town! This place is very spacious and comfortable! Would stay here again!!

Beautiful townhouse

The townhouse we rented was beautiful all the bedrooms are very comfortable very large kitchen in wonderful views out the back The only problem we had is when we picked up the keys at the office they gave us the wrong directions for the wrong address. Plus they did not provide us any closing instructions which we are accustomed to when we rent properties. But the bottom line is, I definitely would rent this property again

Gorgeous Mountain Scenery

We picked this home specifically for the beautiful views and it did not disappoint. The home is very spacious and was more than big enough for my small family. It is in a stunning neighborhood that is quiet and relaxing. The location was very easy to get to all locations we wanted. The interior is a bit outdated but serves the purpose of your stay. The things that were less than perfect were the multitude of signs on everything warning you of fines you would be charged if anything went wrong, the stovetop had to be lit by a match, the lights in the master bath are intensely hot, the toilet paper is one ply, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is really loud, and the ice maker doesn’t work. When booking a home at this price point I expect things to be better than that. It just felt like you weren’t welcome in the home but they wanted the money.

Plenty of space, updated kitchen, with everything needed to cook and spend time together. Hot tub with fantastic views of mountains and even wildlife out our back door. We played, made snowmen and enjoyed walks on the golf course out our back door. The home is well laid out and accommodated everyone's needs. Wood burning fireplace was perfect and firewood stocked in the garage made it so easy. Thank you Alpine Ski Properties and Thank you Gena for a great and memorable Christmas. Your recommendations and accommodations were outstanding.

Very good but property management company needs to be more responsive

Great place. Only issue is each time we called property management company for the few things that weren’t working no one picks up the phone. Left messages but no one calls back. Also. Lost electricity one night ( not their fault) and no flashlights in house. Again called PM company to report issue and no response back

Stunning home & location; communication could be better

Hi! we had an excellent time but one issue towards the end of our stay left a bad taste in our mouths. On the second to last day, a smoke alarm installed on the ultra-high ceilings (about 30ft) started beeping from ostensibly a low battery around midnight. We did our best to sleep through it, and I called and left a detailed VM for the property manager at 5:30am regarding the issue. There was no response for over 9 hours, and only after I had called as a follow up due to yet another alarm going off inside the home. Once I got through to the manager, they sent a handyman in short order who did a decent job fixing the situation. However, the lack of response to an urgent (but importantly - not "emergency") issue, was a tough part of an otherwise lovely stay.

My family of 6 had a great stay at this spacious, 4 bedroom townhouse/condo. Very clean and comfortable and well-located to main street park city, park city resort and deer valley. Would definitely rent again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since we were the first renters for the ski season, nothing worked. The tv, the gas jet for fireplace, the oven, the tp holder was broken. Alpine Ski Properties was there to fix everything immediately. Kitchen pots and pans were not particularly clean. Views were amazing. Very comfortable duplex. We had a great time, all in all.

The only thing that was frustrating was we got there and wanted to open the blind on the main sliding door so we could enjoy the view and the cord broke. We couldn’t move the blind and it was stuck 1/3 off the way up. So we could NOT enjoy the view or even go outside on the patio. Disappointed to say the least. The view and patio was the main reason we pick the property. We called the property management right away within10 minutes and no one came for 5 days! Poor service on their part. Not the owners fault but I would let them know I wasn’t happy with how they managed my property. A

Rocky Start - Excellent Finish

The place had not been cleaned and the kitchen was trashed. Dishes with food in the sink and on counters but management got it all cleaned and credited us a half day. Handled professionally with embarrassed apologies. The place was awesome from then on! There were a few maintenance things that needed attending to in the house but did not affect our stay. Hopefully they will be attended to for future guests. Overall it is a great place and location for families and groups to stay while in Park City!
