We are offering this spacious, renovated 18th-century farmhouse – which has been awarded three stars – for rent in Gérardmer, in the heart of the countryside; it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries. This charming house, with mountain views and a private sauna, has a floor area of 250 m² and can accommodate up to 6 or 8 adults and 4 children. It comprises a lovely 70 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a garden of around 4,000 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall with cupboards and storage space
- A ski room with shelves and a wardrobe
- A relaxation room with a sauna, massage table and shower
- A 70 m² living area comprising a lounge area with a TV, sofa and corner sofa, and a dining area with a large high table seating 12 people
- A kitchen, open to the living area, equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite shower room
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- A study area with a sofa
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), a cot, a changing table and a bathroom with a bath and toilet
- A dormitory-style bedroom with 4 single beds, one of which is a loft bed (a mezzanine bed)
- Two adjoining bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A lovely 4,000 m² garden where you can enjoy outdoor games in both summer and winter

- By car: You can park directly opposite the house, in an outdoor car park. The property has a shed where bicycles can be stored if required.
- Nearest railway stations: Remiremont 30 minutes away, St Die Des Vosges 40 minutes away and Epinal 45 minutes away
- A car is essential to reach the property.

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be hired and paid for on arrival). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner

- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay (only one pet permitted); please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate surcharge on arrival (€40 for arrivals between 7 pm and 9 pm, €50 for arrivals between 9 pm and midnight).
