• The cleaning at the end of the stay must be done by the tenant or can be arranged for a fee of 250 euros on-site.

• A tourist tax of 4% per person per night will be charged upon arrival.

• Guests should bring their own towels and bed linen.

• On-site parking is included in the rental price.

• Smoking and pets are not permitted; parties are also not allowed.
