Quiet, in 2014 newly furnished and renovated apartment for relaxing stay in the countryside. Bars, restaurants, pizzerias, typical Bavarian beer gardens can be reached by car in 5 minutes. A restaurant with beer garden is located in the immediate vicinity (approximately 350 m). Through various transport links (A8 Munich / Salzburg, A99 motorway junction Brunnthal - Munich-South, S-Bahn, Bayerische Oberland Bahn) can make varied stay.

Shops, post office, doctor and pharmacy are in the neighboring village (3 km - with the car less than 10 minutes).

For 2 people we give you a sauna day for stays of 6 nights in March and April. By car easily accessible, 15 minutes from the property. Let yourself in a sauna paradise with various infusions varied pampering with 10 saunas and steam variations in an idyllic sauna garden.

Not to mention cultural events, folk theater, tradition, lake festivals, Oktoberfest to Wiesnzeit and festive carol singing at Christmas time.

The apartment is on the ground floor, with fully equipped kitchen, living room with sleeping accommodation for 2 more people and television with satellite channels, a double bedroom and another TV, large bathroom with shower, bath, window, floor heating, beautiful terrace to the south and WLAN.

Goed en net appartement

Mooi appartement, compleet ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. Netjes en schoon. Wie van rust houd zit hier goed, op fietsafstand ligt het station van waaruit je eenvoudig München kan bezoeken.

Comfy, bright and convenient

Apartment is in a small village just outside of Sauerlach and close to Munich and with access to southern destinations. Apartment has natural light, very clean with very large bath and comfortable bed. Kitchen equipped to prepare easier meals. Both Norbert and Monika very helpful.

Peaceful Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Sauerlach, just outside Munich. The apartment was very modern and well kept. We spent most of our time sightseeing (including Oktoberfest) in Munich and really appreciated coming back to the peaceful setting of the apartment. Norbert und Monika were very nice and responsive.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location

We really enjoyed this apartment outside of Munich. Comfortable furniture and a great kitchen with everything you could need to prepare snacks or meals. The location was on a good public transportation line for our planned trip to Oktoberfest, and also great for car trips as well. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to visit the Munich area.

Sauber, ruhig gelegen

Wir waren 4 Nächte dort. Perfekt gelegen zwischen München und dem Tegernsee. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und man hatte alles da was für einen kurztrip benötigt wird. Wenn man aus der Großstadt kommt, muss man sich allerdings erstmal an den Klang von Stille gewöhnen man hört nämlich NICHTS. Alles in allem aber ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

A wonderful 1-bedroom apartment close to Munich

We had a wonderful time during our 10-day stay. The apartment is very modern and it has everything one needs. The location is excellent. One can get easily to Munich by S-Bahn and to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Salzburg, and Innsbruck by car. For kids there are many activities close by (within 30 minutes), such as a a Kletterpark, a Sommerrodelbahn, and the Bavarian Filmstudios. The town nearby has grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, and handful of nice restaurants. And most importantly, the owners of the apartment were really wonderful - very kind and helpful.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben 3 schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war immer freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist sauber , ruhig gelegen und gemütlich eingerichtet.Ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe für 4 Personen sind vorhanden. Man ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Bahnhof von Sauerlach , wo man dann bequem das Auto stehen lassen kann um nach München zu fahren.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Acogedora estancia en Baviera

La casa es tal y como la describen. Muy agradable, limpia y con todas las comodidades. En un pueblo pequeñito, pero cerca de otras poblaciones más grandes e incluso de Munich. El matrimonio Dörfler encantador, dispuesto a ayudar en todo y ofreciendo muchas facilidades. Estuvimos dos adultos y tres niños y tuvimos una estancia fenomenal.

Just like the pictures!

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were always happy to return to it at the end of a long day of sightseeing. In the evenings it was quiet and restful. We were travelling with our children, ages 6 and 8. My husband and I slept in the master bedroom. The kids slept in the living room on a sectional that doubled as beds. Monika offered us a cot to put in the living room, but the kids liked the sectional. The cot would work well for older children. The bathroom needs a mention. It is large and modern. The 4 of us could all get ready at the same time! We made many trips to Munich and it was easy to drive to the park n ride a few minutes away and then take the train.

Moderne und exklusive Ferienwohnung mit großzügigem Badezimmer

Das Appartement war bei unserer Ankunft sehr ordentlich hergerichtet und es gab eine nette Überraschung zur Begrüßung. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Im Wohn- sowie im Schlafzimmer stehen qualitativ hochwertige Fernseher, die auch den Empfang von diversen Radiosendern garantieren. Besonders das große und sehr gut ausgestattete Badezimmer hat uns gefallen; endlich ausreichend Platz für die Kosmetikutensilien! Die Regendusche ist etwas Besonderes, allerdings macht die fehlende Duschabtrennung ein anschließendes Abziehen des Fußbodens notwendig. Für das Bad in der Wanne wurde ein Badezusatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Das integrierte Radio über dem Waschbecken sorgt für Unterhaltung während der Körperpflege. Hier kann man sich schon morgens mit Vergnügen auf einen schönen Urlaubstag vorbereiten. Im Schlafzimmer bieten der Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode und die Nachtschränke viel Stauraum. Der morgendliche Berufsverkehr ist bei geräuschempfindlichen Schläfern störend, bei geschlossenen Fenstern allerdings kein Problem mehr. Der Eingangsbereich könnte noch mit einem Spiegel und einer Ablagemöglichkeit für Handtaschen usw. ausgestattet werden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen angemessenen Rahmen für einen stilvollen Aufenthalt.

Schöne Wohnung und sehr netten Vermietern

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren beiden Kindern (11 und 17) in dieser schönen Wohnung. Unser Domizil war bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Für Fragen und Tipps standen uns unserer Vermieter jederzeit gern zur Verfügung. Die Innenstadt von München war ohne Probleme vom Nachbarort Sauerlach per S-Bahn zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze (Park und Ride) waren am Bahnhof vorhanden. Alles in allem haben wir dort ein paar wunderschöne Tage verlebt und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann einmal wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal !!!

Schöne Ferienwohnung bei netten Vermietern

Es war einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend und sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Wir, dass heißt meine Frau, meine Kinder (11 und 17) und ich, haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend, um München und seine nähere Umgebung kennenzulernen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon darauf, irgendwann dort wieder Urlaub zu machen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Schön und gute Lage

Zur Wohnung selbst kann man nichts Negatives sagen. Sehr schöne Wohnung die hervorragend ausgestattet ist. Kleinigkeiten die im Alltag benötigt werden ( Gewürze ) sind natürlich auch vor Ort. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und müssen sagen, dass die Verbindung bis München 25km sehr gut war. Alles im Allen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend.
