We welcome you to our Villa Karlici! This building complex is something special in every sense of the word.
The villa consists of two fully equipped houses. This is a big advantage if you have a large family or just want to spend the vacation with several friends.

The village of Karlici is located in the eastern hinterland of Istria, where there are many mountain bike routes. Our village is only 15 km from the Učka Nature Park with more than 60 hiking trails - what makes a hiking vacation.

The house is fully equipped and adapted to today's lifestyle and standard.

The villa offers the following fun and relaxation options:
Outdoor pool with shower and loungers on a sunny terrace, a second large covered terrace with grill, indoor and outdoor entertainment options such as B. Playground for children, table tennis, billiards, table football, Playstation etc.
