Detached house on 3 levels including on the ground floor: an entrance. 1st floor: a kitchen with veranda, a living room (TV connected by satellite), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), a bathroom (shower), separate WC, a laundry room (washing machine, fridge additional with freezer). 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, 1 with sink (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm; 2 single bunk beds), a bathroom ( bathtub), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Total floor space: 175 m² including attic areas. Corner balcony. Ground. Detached house located on a southwest-facing slope, surrounded by meadows and forests at the foot of Mont Colombier (2,045 m). Large private plot of 1200 m² with a dining area and a shaded relaxation area with deck chairs. Comfortable and spacious cottage with a bright veranda giving access to the balcony and the outside. Shops and services open all year round in Châtelard, 12 km away. Local shops in Aillons during the tourist season. In the heart of the Bauges Regional Natural Park, 4 km from the Aillons Alapin ski slopes and 9.5 km from Margériaz. La Féclaz Nordic area 27 km away (150 km Savoie Grand Revard cross-country ski area linking St François de Sales, Le Revard and La Féclaz) with pedestrian and snowshoe routes, dog sled rides. In summer, leisure center with supervised swimming at the Lescheraines lake 14 km away. Numerous hikes throughout the massif.
