With high end furnishings and a Game Room, this home was designed to exceed all your expectations and make your stay both memorable and enjoyable. A beautiful place to retire at the end of an eventful day. Offers everything you could possibly desire in a vacation home like a fully equipped kitchen, pool and high speed internet.

NOTE:
This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted. If any of these are located on premises there will be an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund.

As per Florida law, guests are required to complete registration documents prior to arrival, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating and this must be paid prior to the pool heat being turned on.

In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, we apply a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

We were in the area for a wedding. Nice quiet, walkable neighborhood. Location convenient from main road. Walkable to stores if needed. (A couple of great little places to eat outdoors,within walking distance). Nice size for family and looked well prepared for familes with small children.

BEAUTIFUL HOME

Thanks to Steve and Jenny for sharing their beautiful home. We were home away from home. The home was clean, pool was temp right and it was nicely settled in the middle of several shopping plazas and a short distance to orlando. Hopefully we will be able to return since we had to cut our vacation short. Thanks again!

This was a great place to stay close to everything, great neighborhood, Plenty of space for my family, very clean. They were responsive to answer any questions or request. Only issue was the front porch light was out.

My family and I traveled to this property for a short vacation. This property is exactly like it is pictured. The home was clean, the pool was warm. The home is out of the hustle and bustle of the Orlando traffic however about 20-30 minutes to the parks this is partly because of the traffic in the area. Walmart and public right down the road. It took about 45-50 minutes to make it to International Drive. The only issue that we had was a snake in the pool my husband took the pool cleaning stick and scooped him out and put it in the yard however I was a little scared from that point that another one would be on the patio. Overall a great stay.

The home was clean and very accommodating. Neighborhood was nice The only issue is the tub in the master bedroom hot water nob did not work.
