The house underwent extensive renovations in the spring of 2016 and is fully equipped with all modern amenities. All rooms are air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the Mediterranean atmosphere of the living room is enhanced by the open fireplace. The kitchen (newly built in 2016) opens onto a large terrace with a private pool. Another pool, a tennis court, and a petanque court round out the amenities.
The house is very well equipped, for example, with an espresso machine, a flat-screen TV with a home theater system, iPod docking station, bicycles, tennis rackets, petanque balls, etc.
Special features: heated, chlorine-free pool—the pool requires no added chlorine. The water is always crystal clear and of drinking-water quality. A computer monitors water quality and manages maintenance. Weekly pool cleaning is carried out without a high chlorine addition. You’ll enjoy velvety-smooth water; there’s no red-eye or irritation from over-chlorination in this pool!
The pool is also equipped with a heat pump. You’ll also enjoy a water temperature of 28 degrees even in the off-season. Safety is important to us. If you’re traveling with young children, we can install a child safety fence around the pool so you can enjoy your vacation worry-free.
Two bicycles and a petanque ball are available.
Wine and Tour Plan: Provence is a way of life. Sun, Mediterranean style, enchanting aromas, lavender fields, and last but not least, a glass of rosé—which is particularly delicious here. In fact, rosé production accounts for nearly 80% of the region’s total output, captivating tourists with its charm and style in the south of France. The Côtes de Provence comprise the largest AOC area in Provence, stretching from Marseille to Nice.
In Plan de La Tour, you’ll find the “Les Fouleurs de Saint Pons” region. Les Fouleurs de Saint Pons offers an excellent selection of white, rosé, and red wines. In particular, the red Fouleur de Saint Pons, aged in wooden barrels, is very popular among our guests. The sparkling rosé, with its well-rounded and refreshing flavor, is also becoming increasingly popular. Head toward Grimaud. About 2 km after leaving the village, you’ll see the cooperative on the left. There, you’ll have the opportunity to taste the entire selection of wines.
