The finca CAN SIMONET is located on a plot with a size of 17 ha van very close to the village Es Llombards and was completed of 2010. It lies very close to the Cala Llombards and the famous beach of Es Trenc and will best meet the high expectations. The Villa features three bedrooms for two persons each. If you come to seventh, we provide an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. The spacious living / dining room has a dining area and a cozy lounge area with flat screen TV. You receive German television. You sleep in one of two double or twin beds. With a total of four bathrooms you have a lot of privacy. One of the bathrooms is en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped and very high quality. There is the pool area, a summer kitchen with a large dining table and oven. All rooms are at ground level. In the large underground garage (164 sq m) there is a ping pong table. From the upper terrace you have wonderful views of Es Llombards way to Ses Salines. Enjoy this holiday in "your" Mallorca Finca with own large pool (12 x 5 m) and spacious terrace with no direct neighbors. Here you will be undisturbed.

Information about the surroundings
They are close to the beaches and coves around Santanyí. Very popular with the guests is the Cala Llombards and the s'Amarador bay. For quaint village of Es Llombards with its nice cafes and restaurants are only 3 minutes by car. Here you can get in the morning and the fresh bread and croissants. Do not forget to visit the market in Santanyi. Awaiting you is the vegetables and Majorcan oranges from Soller valley. And if you do not feel like cooking yourself, then you will discover the high-quality gastronomy in the southeast of Mallorca.
