Alquiler por temporada de esta moderna casa de reciente construcción, que esta situada en una zona central y privilegiada a tan solo 150m de la lujosa Marina de Cala d'Or.
Cala d'Or centro y la playa más cercana se encuentran dentro de un agradable paseo por el puerto deportivo la cual ofrece una buena selección de restaurantes, bares y algún boutique.
La propiedad se distribuye en la planta baja con una amplia cocina totalmente equipada, el luminoso salón-comedor, que está amueblado con un estándar muy alto, tiene grandes ventanas y puertas que proporcionan el acceso al área de la piscina y una terraza cubierta al aire libre, con mesa de comedor al aire libre. También en la planta baja hay 1 dormitorio y 1 cuarto de baño con ducha.

En el subsuelo hay 1 dormitorio amplio, 1 ducha y en el pasillo cuenta con el cuarto de lavandería. En la planta superior hay 2 dormitorios más, uno de ellos es el dormitorio principal con vestidor, ducha y una gran terraza soleada con mesa de ping-pong.

La zona de la piscina ofrece una terraza con tumbonas de calidad superior, ducha exterior y zona de barbacoa.

Totalmente climatizado en toda la casa y también ofrece calefacción central para los meses más frescos. Esta encantadora villa ofrece WiFi y TV vía satélite.

Absolutely fabulous stay for 2 adults and 4 children ranging from 8 - 17. The property was exactly as described although the garden could do with some TLC to maximise space and enjoyment. Kitchen well stocked and rooms big enough for children used to space to be able to share rooms. Great amenities and beach on hand - I am sure we will return.

Great villa

Just back from a week in beautiful Cala D’or. The villa is a short (but steep) walk from the marina and a 25 min walk from the town centre. Plenty to do and see nearby. The nearest beach is a ten minute stroll but it’s well worth the walk. The immediate vicinity of the villa is a little scruffy and there isn’t a view to speak of, but we soon got over that. Recommended

This worked well for us , 5 mature ladies , Incasa Properties were on the ball, we spoke a fair bit befire we visited , and i can say the customer service was great , from Andrea, Nicole and the team , The air con worked well , beds were comfy, pool was lovely and clean , and the lication was perfect, any issues we did have , were sorted straightaway x We would definitely consider cala dor again , its a very pretty place , with some fabulous restaurants around , especially the marina x Very nice place to stay

We didn't realise that the Villa was semi-detached, the neighbours were very noisy between 11pm/1am.

The Villa was very roomy inside and good location. A downside is that there is no bed linen change during your stay. On other Villa holidays we have had clean linen during our stay. Also we contacted the management team on 3 occasions and had no response which is poor

Simply perfect.

I cannot thank Nicole and Andrea enough for taking our last minute booking. They were so accommodating and patient and genuinely saved our holiday. The villa itself is exactly as pictured and described. It is utterly beautiful and the location is ideal; 10 minutes walk from the marina one way and 10 minutes walk from the beach the other. Yet somehow it still manages to be wonderfully peaceful and tranquil with hardly any noise from neighbours or the nearby roads. The pool is gorgeous, exactly what you need to cool off after relaxing on the loungers. We spent pretty much the whole week on the terrace where it was sheltered and shaded, the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful weather. Can’t wait to return!

Great Location. Spacious clean villa.

As a family of 6 with age ranges from 15-79 we throughly enjoyed our time at this villa. Perfectly located with a short walk to the marina or Cala Egos. Land Train is also available if you don’t want to walk. Villa is spacious (we used all the rooms including the basement). Lovely that each room had its own bathroom. It was very clean and has everything you need including some essentials when you first arrive like water, coffee, sugar etc. Communication via WhatsApp with the property manager was prompt and helpful. The TV broke during our stay, this was replaced and sorted within 24 hours. You can hear the joining neighbours and a tiny amount of road noise but only when by the pool but it’s doesn’t affect your stay. Would throughly recommend as no negatives.

Excellent Villa and Holiday

Our party was 2 families, 4 adults and 5 children. The villa was excellent. Clean, well equipped and very large bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Plenty of space to make paella. The outside area looks small for a villa of it's size, but is very nice and actually very cosy and not too small to enjoy meals and drinks by the pool. The pool was a good size for our group. The kids loved it, it was clean and safe, although, like most villa pools, it gets deep quickly with not much of a shallow end. It is very private, however if you are a hardened sun bather, the hedges and large tree that provide that privacy and shade will mean you may have to chase the sun rounder the pool as the day draws on! The villa is semi-detached, but do not be put off by this, we only knew that there was a family next door because we passed them at the front gate on occasion. There is a lovely sun terrace off the master bedroom (which is huge by the way) where you can sit or play table tennis! The location is good, not far to the local Euroski (5-10 min walk), a Spar can be found at the Marina less than 5 mins away. The Marina entrance is only a few minutes from the Villa, it is great walk around, looking at the boats and choosing a restaurant. The town centre is the other side of the Marina a 20 min walk with the kids, but worth it. If you don't feel like walking, Cala Egos is just round the corner with bars and restaurants, although we prefer Cala D'or centre or the marina. Es Pou beach is 10 mins away, it's quite small, but is very nice, there are some rocks to jump odd and the Star Fish boat picks up here. We feel the best beaches are in Cala D'or, again it's a 20 min walk or a 5 min drive. Cala Mondrago is only a 15 min drive and worth a visit if you like the beach! The property manager Niccole is great. She was there to meet us and ask if we had any concerns. There was a good welcome bundle of essentials waiting for us. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage at the villa while we went off for lunch, we actually managed to get in an hour early as the cleaners had finished -no fuss. When we had a power cut in the night she sent someone round straight away to reset the electrics. It was all very pleasant and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this property and Incasa properties to anyone who was looking to visit Cala D'or. Many thanks Nicole and Incasa properties.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Pool jedoch kleiner als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße und ist damit sehr unruhig. Insgesamt zu teuer für die Lage.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir sind 3 Päarchen die regelmäßig in Urlaub fahren. Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang an sehr positiv. Das einchecken und auschecken war total problemlos. Fragen wurden noch am selben Tag beantwortet. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Toilette, was sehr schön ist wenn man nicht mit der eigenen Familie verreist. Von Anfang an ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus entspricht genau dem Inserat! Obwohl wir viel zu früh angekommen sind, konnten wir unser Gepäck beim Objekt anstellen! Während wir uns die Beine vertreten haben, wurde die Villa gesäubert. Es hat währenddessen angefangen zu regnen und das tolle Putzteam hat unsere Koffer dann sogar ins trockene gebracht! Die Villa war toll! Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und es war super sauber! Die Küche war super ausgestattet! Wir (sechs Erwachsene) hatten genug Platz! Und das vierte Schlaf- und Badezimmer im Keller war ein super Extra! Der Pool ist klein aber zum abkühlen vollkommen ausreichend! Leider waren die Nachbarn nicht ganz so begeistert von unserer Anwesenheit. Obwohl wir uns wirklich bemüht haben leise genug zu sein wurden wir öfter ermahnt (auch fälschlicherweise als unsere Nachbarn lauter waren). Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Altstadt in 15-20 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, aber die Strände die fußläufig erreichbar sind, sind nicht so toll. Die Kommunikation mit Nicole war super unkompliziert und sehr freundlich! Check-in total unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselkasten! Wir durften sogar später auschecken, da unser Flug erst später ging und keine neuen Gäste kamen! Alles in allem war es toll!

Lovely villa in great location!

The villa is beautiful with 4 double bedrooms (3 are en suite and the other is next door to the main bathroom). The pool area is small but a perfect size for a dip in the pool and a bit of sunbathing. The villa is located 50 minutes from the airport and the letting agents were very helpful in organising the transport for us. The marina is a 5 minute walk with lots of lovely restaurants. In 10 minutes you will be able to get to the Eroski shop which has all the supplies required and at an affordable price. I didn’t venture to the beach although I believe it’s easy to walk to within 20minutes, Based on the letting agents, villa and location we’d be delighted to return however the aggressive neighbours that shout profanities daily was off putting and has skewed this.

BeautifulVilla difficult resident neighbour

My family stayed in this villa for a week and it was exactly as described beautiful accomodation and lovely outside pool area very clean as per the description. Check in simple and every amenity you could of think of. However from neighbour perspective this was extremely disappointing as minute we arrived they complained about noise when my sons were playing in the pool in the late afternoon and this carried on for the week which impacted on our ability to relax and enjoy the pool area. If you are a large family with children and young people something to be mindful of and why my rating only a 3 overall when would have been 5. Nicole was very helpful in understanding and endeavouring to mitigate the situation and that was appreciated.

Lovely villa close to the marina

The villa itself was lovely very clean and tidy, and all very modern. The pool area and the pool itself is smaller than other villas we have stayed at in Cala Dor before. However it was only the two of us and we had plenty of room. The walk to the entrance of the marina and the closest spar shop was only 5 minutes. Overall a lovely clean, tidy, well run modern Villa!

Amazing

Everything about this villa was perfect. Nicole and Andrea were so helpful from the start. We had two babies under 1 and the property was just right. We enjoyed many evenings at the marina which was a short walk, so the location was perfect for us! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed! We can’t wait to return, hopefully soon!

Fantastic Villa!!

Probably the nicest villa we have ever stopped in!! Was absolutely brilliant! Everything was just as the description and we had no trouble at all finding the keys & getting in. Our host, Nicole, also arranged it for us to gain entry a little early as our flight times had changed (thank you Nicole). Nicely located not to far from shops, restaurants & beaches. Would i come back to this villa..... yes! in a heartbeat. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We all loved the Villa :-)

Family holiday

This villa is in a great location near the harbour and restaurants in district 15. They are all in easy walking distance. The villa has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. My only slight criticism would be that the outside space is limited. We were fine with 4 people but I feel it would be a real squeeze for 8. During our stay my husband and I unfortunately caught Covid 19. Nicole the property manager was so helpful and kind and helped us at every point. We had to extend our holiday and Nicole was able to arrange things so we could stay in the villa. She even offered to do our shopping. This sort of customer service would encourage me to book a holiday through them again. Not quite the holiday we were expecting but we still enjoyed sitting in the sunshine. Cala d’Or is a good location for a family with older teens or young adults.
