A few minutes from Paris 20th, located in Bagnolet on the Montreuil side.
To discover what the capital has to offer you, my accommodation is very well served by public transport, approximately 5 minutes from the Robespierre metro station (line 9) and 300 m from the 318 bus stop.
Next to the accommodation, you will have shops and restaurants but the area has no tourist points of interest, you have to take the metro to take you to Paris.
Housing
Two rooms on the ground floor with a small exterior, a table and two chairs. The possibility of accommodating up to 3 people: 160x200 double bed and convertible sofa bed.

Only a few minutes walk from Paris to Bagnolet and very well served by the Robespierre metro, the Porte de Montreuil tram and the 318 bus, the studio is located on the ground floor.
It consists of a main room with:
- a convertible sofa that transforms into an extra bed
- a television
- a table with chairs

an independent and functional kitchen:
- a coffee machine
- a microwave
- hotplate, burner, stove
- kettle
- fridge
- dishes, glasses and cutlery
- pots and pans

Room:
- a double bed 160x200 cm.
- storage space
- a work space

And a private shower room and toilet

It can accommodate up to 3 travelers.
Bed linen and bath towels (1 medium-sized towel per person) are provided and included in the cleaning price.
A baby seat and cot are available on request (subject to availability, we will request requests) at no extra cost.

If you come by car, you can park on the street, we do not have any parking spaces.

FAQ:

Q: Are birthday parties allowed?
A: All events, birthdays, gatherings are prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the reservation if this point is not respected.

Q: Smoker?
A: The accommodation is non-smoking. Out of respect for our non-smoking travelers and the children we welcome, smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or in the common areas of the building.

Q: Can we drop off suitcases before check in or after check out?
A: Yes, Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Q: Is it possible to arrive before 3 p.m.?
A: Depending on the time the previous guest vacates the accommodation and the time we need to clean, we can accommodate you earlier if this allows us. Inform me in advance of your wishes as soon as possible, and I will do my best to make them come true. Requests 48 hours before arrival will be complicated to make.

Q: First and last metro?
A: first train at 5:27 a.m. and last train at 12:27 a.m.

Q: Bercy Accor Arena?
A: Less than 20 minutes by public transport.

Q: How does the key collection take place?
A: The keys will be available in a secure key box, the code of which will be communicated to you on the day of your arrival. So you can arrive at a time that suits you. If you wish, I can also give you the keys in person depending on arrival times.
