Nice quiet flat to rest from spending busy days in Paris.

Frederic was an excellent host. He made sure our family was comfortable and he was available for any questions. The flat was roomy, quiet, and clean.

Fred made our stay in Paris even greater!

Fred sent us detailed videos showing us information about our stay. He even stocked the refrigerator with some special items. He was an awesome host. This was a great place to stay with all the amenities.

Peaceful quiet spacious

Owner is very approachable and goes out of his way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Building is located in a gated, secure and landscaped property. Conveniently located grocer, boulangerie and cafe are just steps from the entry gate to property.

Fantastic host

Our host Frederic was incredibly helpful, easy to contact, and very friendly. The flat was great for our family of 4 and the market right outside was so convenient. We caught the Metro into the city everyday with ease. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely reprieve from the hustle of the city

This apartment was a wonderful reprieve from the hustle of the city center. Within approximately an 8 minute walk, you are able to access numerous metro stations and gain access to all of the major attractions. The apartment was clean and tidy at our arrival, and the host went to exceptional efforts to communicate with us prior to arrival to ensure we were clear on how best to get to the apartment from the airport. The setting is very quiet and peaceful, and faces a green area that is a nice backdrop to the bedroom and living room. Overall, the host is what makes this apartment so fantastic, especially for international travelers that desire some France insider knowledge to navigate the city and key sites. Highly recommend for a couple or small family!

Very Comfortable, homey apartment, I will definitely book again.

I love Paris nineteenth, the apartment is a short walking distance to canal. Almost every night I went to walk along the canal.The place is very clean and comfortable. Shops and restaurants all around, very short walking distance to Metro. If you like walking it is only 40 minutes’ walk to Montmartre. I stayed there for almost a month; it was like home away from home. Fred my host was very nice and knowledgeable; he made sure my stay was comfortable.

Great Stay in Paris

The apartment had everything I needed for my stay in Paris. It was clean and away from the busyness of the main part of the city, and was close to quick transportation options to get to the heart of Paris. I really appreciated having a washer/dryer to do my laundry as well as a refrigerator to keep some food. The host was very kind and accommodating. Great stay!

First time in Paris!

What an amazing experience! Frederick was great! This place is spacious and quiet. Perfect for relaxing after being a tourist all day. Just blocks from the metro station and the BEST croissants (2023 award) is right at that corner. Great restaurants on the canal which is only other two block walk. We highly recommend staying here!!!

Quiet

This was an excellent flat. Near the Metro and shops, bar restaurants, bakery. Very clean and updated kitchen and bath. Pull out bed was okay too. We walked SO much it was easy to fall into bed already asleep. Great nights of sleep as the location is so very quiet. Host went out of his way to make sure we had a lovely visit.

Excellent flat and host

The flat was perfect for our family. Excellent location in a quiet, secured area with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, bakery and bistro. Communications with Frédéric were second to none. He is very responsive and his instructional videos and tips were very helpful. Merci pour un séjour très agréable!

Lovely, well equipped flat

Lovely flat with everything you could need. Area itself is perhaps a little 'characterful', albeit cool. The flat itself is in a nice secure gated development. Great spot to explore the city from. Good communication from pleasant, friendly owner.

Great host, everything we needed

This place was great for our family of four. Spacious, clean, and convenient for accessing mass transit (especially the 7 line). Also a shortish Uber ride to CDG which was great for our early morning flight. Good family friendly eating in the area, and it was nice to have some green park space. Everyone we met in the building or on the grounds was friendly, and Frédéric is a thoughtful, super responsive host. He provided some really nice welcoming touches and made sure we had what we needed to have a good stay. Wished we could've stayed longer and would definitely book again!

Paris stay

The property, although not quite as pictured in the listing was very roomy and comfortable for the two of us. Some of the furnishings could be upgraded, such as the dining chairs which weren't the most pleasurable to sit in for any length of time. Nice large size TV (hopefully you can speak French better than we can), the bed was great in size and comfort. An odd situation with using the bathroom and then having to exit around to the shower room to wash your hands. Kitchen was well supplied, and spacious enough for us to function in. Super location as far as being very light during the day and extremely quiet in the night.

Best way to experience Paris

This place was perfect. As a mom with three daughters staying here, we felt safe, there was so much to see and do, and easy access to public transit. The host was amazing! He was helpful, accommodating and very responsive. The kitchen is well stocked, the balcony is beautiful, and the property has great security. We were living our dreams of living in Paris! Will definitely come back.

We (3 of us) stayed for three nights. Frederick was very helpful. He is always available to answer questions. The property was clean and well stocked up for our needs. The property is close to bus and train stops. There are a couple of grocery stores right next to the property. 5 stars!

Frederic, the owner/host was friendly and excellent to communicate with and in giving advice about arriving and departing his flat. The flat was comfortable and close to transport and food stores. It was very clean and the complex was also clean and in good order. The whole process went smoothly.

Excellent Apartment and Host

The apartment is in a secured area with security guards. The apartment has all the necessities for your stay. Transportation of metro is less than 4 minutes away walking and easy to go all attractions. Just word of advise, keep your ticket untill you exit your destination. Right outside of building you have a bakery, convenient stores and cafe. The host is very attentive and easy to get hold of if any problems arises.

Amazing host and Perfect apartment

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment hosted by Frederic, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience. The apartment was absolutely stunning - it was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed to feel at home during my stay. From the cozy bed to the fully equipped kitchen, every detail had been carefully considered to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and all the amenities I could need. But what really set this experience apart was the amazing hospitality of my host. Frederic went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His warmth and kindness really made us feel welcome and at home, and I couldn't have asked for a better host.

Great Communication

We stayed overnight in Frédéric's rental. Communication before the trip was excellent, including videos. Frédéric looked into the cost of getting to the rental, as we weren't sure whether to use transit or take a cab. We were allowed early check-in as our flight got in early. The rental has the required amenities and the neighborhood is close to the canal and a park the locals frequent. We purchased some wine, bread and cheese and enjoyed a picnic. The area is not close to tourist areas, but these can be reached by transit and personally, I enjoy staying in a spot away from the tourist zones. Frédéric came by to say hi as we were checking out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this spot.

Great place to stay in Paris

Everything required for a stay was included in the flat, including kitchenware, laundry detergent, etc. Lots of great communication with the gracious host. Within a 10 minute walk: many supermarkets (including one open 24 hours), boulangeries, small restaurants of different types, Riquet Metro station and some activities by the canal. About a 20 minute Metro ride to the major attractions. Neighbours are quiet, including in the mornings if you want to sleep in. This is a working class area so there no high end restaurants, night life and shopping, if you are interested in those things. It is very quiet at night with much less people around. It is good for people who need a quiet place to sleep and relax after spending the day sightseeing.

Purpose of travel: We booked this apartment for our family of four: two adults two kids for the purpose of a Paris city visit and it was absolutely great for that. Apartment: The apartment was clean with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. We found everything we needed, from hairdryer to towels and capsule coffee machine. In general it is quiet: By the way it is situated in the middle of the building complex you do not get any noise from the streets. In the summer is can get hot though. Remember to keep the roller shutters down. Frédéric is an excellent host! You can surely feel that he wants to you to enjoy your stay! By chance he was nearby during that time and helped us with great engagement! Once even at night, when we did not have the keys! Thank you so much Frédéric! Aera: The surrounding area is ok, not fancy not poor. We felt safe. The next metro station is in 5-10min walking distance. Just another 5min walk to the Bassin de la Villette - a pool of the Canal de Saint Martin - which is the recreational center of the quarter. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby so you can get all the supplies you need.
