My son had soccer camp at Penn State and this worked out perfect! Close enough to campus yet in a very tranquil and relaxing spot for the whole family to enjoy. The host was amazing and the cottage was super clean.
The place was adorable. loved the setting by the creek. Best part for us is we had no problem getting Ubers to pick us up and drop us off in state college during busy game weekend!
Design and decor was so lovely. The setting and hospitality the home offered was divine. The property is an easy drive to the PSU campus yet quiet and secluded for relaxing and enjoying nature. We had the best weekend. Thank you.
I absolutely loved how clean and cozy the cottage felt—it was so comfortable and welcoming. There were so many great options and places to explore nearby, which made the experience even better. I especially loved waking up to the beautiful waterfront views in the mornings. Interestingly, I actually enjoyed the unique aspect of the water being on a bit of a time cycle—it added to the charm in a way! Overall, the space felt so peaceful, cozy, and free of any unsettling energy, which made my stay even more amazing.
The overall stay was good. The house is very small for more than 3 people. The kitchen is very tight but well stocked. There was no fans or ac in any of the rooms besides the master bedroom so the place got very hot quick. There are ring cameras outside which is pretty standard BUT the one facing the hottub is not cool. The location is amazing with the creek right across the small street. Plenty of parking.
Location along the stream was so relaxing. Inside the house was cozy but decorated really well. The beds and pillows were without question, the best I’ve ever experienced in any hotel, B n B or rental! Everyone slept great. Enjoyed the firepit & the hit tub too. Highly recommend staying here.
Great place, very clean, incredible setting! Our host was very responsive to our questions, thank you Christina! Everything was thought of, and well done. Would definitely stay here again. Highly reccomend!
Great location away from the downtown madness. Traffic to game (2 hrs before kickoff) wasn’t bad…about 45 min ride. Quiet except for the lovely babbling creek. Hot tub + creek + fall morning= perfect. Will absolutely stay here again.
