Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV for enjoying all your favourite shows through various streaming options, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll require to prepare delicious meals; amenities include a stove, an oven, and a microwave. Furthermore, the apartment has a washer and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs.

The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the other has a bunk bed. All beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom offers all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Residents of the 8th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. In addition to museums such as the Palais des Découvertes, to satisfy our scientific curiosity, and the Cernushi Museum, dedicated to Asian arts, the district is rich in tourist monuments, such as the Arc de Triomphe, built at the request of Napoleon in the aftermath of the famous Battle of Austerlitz. The Obelisk of the Place de la Concorde, works from the Luxor Temple from the 12th century BC. The Petit Palais and the Grand Palais will also surprise you with their impressive architecture and exhibitions. But we don't stop there; the district also houses the official residence of the French head of state, the Elysée Palace, and the magnificent Madeleine Church. Discover the Chapelle Expiatoire for history buffs, built on the site where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were buried after being guillotined on the current Place de la Concorde. As for fashion and luxury lovers, they will find their happiness in the boutiques of the Faubourg Saint-Honoré or on the prestigious Avenue des Champs Elysées. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
