Located on the 1st floor with lift, you'll love the apartment's proximity to Chamonix's many attractions!
Perfect for a holiday with friends or family, my apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation comprises :
- a sleeping area with a double bed and a single bed (high up);
- a bathroom ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.


One of the main advantages of this accommodation is its location. Although it's quiet, it's just a 2-minute walk from the center of town, close to bars, restaurants, stores, ski resorts and ski lifts.
For everyday shopping, there's a Super U and Drive supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.


During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Filter coffee machine, Ski room, Raclette machine, Croque-Monsieur machine, Electric mixer, Balcony, Hair dryer, Parking-garage, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The mountaineering capital, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, beautiful spa-facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a glacier valley 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
