Important Information:

No unapproved Parties or Events: Parties or events are not allowed on the property unless previously approved. We strive to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests.

Advance Notification: Kindly notify us at the time of booking regarding the number of persons and pets accompanying you during your stay.

Bikes and Kayak Availability: If you wish to use the bikes or kayak during your stay, please notify us at booking so that we can ensure they are available for your use. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee their availability.

Long-term Stays: For stays of 28 days or longer, pets need to be approved prior to booking. There is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175. Based on your profile history and reviews, we reserve the right to ask for an additional refundable security deposit. Please inquire for any questions before booking

Please note that the house does not have central AC. However, we maintain a comfortable temperature with a combination of portable AC units.

Not a hotel: We are not a hotel and therefore do not offer the same services typically provided by hotels. This includes daily cleaning, room service, access to a concierge, 24-hour front desk, and similar amenities.

Customer Service Hours: Our customer service team is available from 9:00 am to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please be aware that after 6:00 PM, our guest services will be closed. For assistance outside of these hours, please feel free to send us a text message for a prompt response. We'll do our best to address any inquiries or concerns as quickly as possible.

Please note that the unit pictured is one of two townhomes available. Depending on availability and guest bookings, we reserve the right to allocate guests to either townhome. Both townhomes offer the same amenities and comfort, ensuring a delightful stay regardless of the unit assigned. Rest assured; we strive to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Should you have any questions or preferences, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Price Flexibility:

We strive to offer competitive pricing in line with current market rates. However, if you find a better offer elsewhere with similar sleeping capacity, bedrooms, amenities, and location, please provide us with a copy of your inquiry response from the competitor's house. We'll do our best to match or beat it.
