Our Favorite Perch Second Row - North Litchfield Beach

Situated beneath a beautiful live oak tree, Our Favorite Perch is located on a cul de sac a block from the beach. Features include a fireplace in the living area, Hunter ceiling fans throughout, skylights, 2 TVs, 1 DVD player and WiFi. Enjoy one of the many rocking chairs on the large screened porch and sundeck. Other amenities include movies for a rainy day, an enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill and picnic table. Linens are not included.
Wide, white sandy beach.... relaxing, clean & uncrowded! Litchfield Beach has been considered one of the loveliest beaches on the southeastern coast for generations. Litchfield Beach is representative of the Hammock Coast region of the Grand Strand, which includes Historic Georgetown, 30 minutes south, and just north is an historic fishing village, Murrells Inlet, the seafood capital of South Carolina. Litchfield is located about 35 minutes south of Myrtle Beach when you are ready to hustle and bustle!

Location is great - property is a bit tired & could use some updates- musty smell in the house

Great location to a beautiful beach, Great space & good layout, lots of bedrooms- not enough storage in dressers, no place to put food away- kept food on the counter & above the fridge. Bedding & mattresses need to be retired - and stools at the counter were too tall for the counter.
