About Sharon & Gloria Meisner
We live in the great state of Texas and have found paradise in Panama City Beach! Florida has always been a great place to vacation as we all fell in love with everything it has to offer. My brother and I wanted to invest together in a condo and couldn't think of a better place than Splash. It is a great place for a family vacation. We knew with all our family ties that we would get a lot of use from it, as well as a great rental unit for our customers. With our retirement approaching we are looking forward to spending a lot of time here at Splash with our kids and grand kids.

Why Sharon & Gloria Meisner chose Panama City Beach
We purchased Splash unit 2106 West in September of 2010. With our big family groups, we both wanted a unit that had a lot of bedrooms, bathrooms, and spacious living areas. At Splash,this penthouse unit features 1800 sq ft with two balconies for great viewing pleasure of the Gulf. With its 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths there is a lot of privacy for multi-family rentals vacationing together. It just makes it all more private for everyone. The location of unit 2106 West is on the top floor-corner facing the East shores of PCB. Pier Park is within 1 mile from us with its biggest shopping, restaurant, & entertainment area of PCB. The new Walmart is also within 1 mile to stock up the condo as well as our fave breakfast place IHOP. We are family oriented and we want to keep it that way. Our location is great because we are not any where near the spring breakers.
What makes this Condo unique
The unique benefits of Splash condo is the water park. It is by far the best family place in PCB. With its 5 pools some of those features include water slides, water falls, lazy river, hot tub, heated pool, and kids pool. It also has a video arcade, fitness center, a movie projection by one of the pools,a BBQ grill area, a Pool Cafe/Bar and great relaxing lounge chairs by the beach. Also a great feature is the Aquatic Rentals of all water sport activities such as para-sailing, banana boat rides, pontoon boat rentals, and water jet skis right in front of Splash beach area. It makes it very convenient for everyone to make the most of their vacation. All you need is the Suntan Lotion and we'll be waiting for you..

Overall impression of the property was great.
The condo was very spacious for our needs and very well equipped. The view was breath taking and the sunsets amazing. Overall it was a wonderfull experience.
The resort was amazing! We loved the hospitality of the staff.
We stayed in condo 2106W and it was perfect. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We loved Splash Resort. My children are sad to leave. The heated pools and hot tub were perfect with the cool weather.

The best part of this condo is the location. The views from the 21st floor were spectacular. The condo was very spacious and accommodated our family of six adults, an infant, a toddler, and a five year old, very nicely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.
The condo was not as clean as it could have been. We had to vacuum out all the drawers in the bedrooms and kitchen before putting our things away. I even vacuumed the lampshades in the master bedroom. The carpet was heavily worn and stained and in need of replacement. There were also heavy stains on the living room furniture/pillows. Also, in the master bedroom, the bottom of the dresser was hanging down and the drawers in the nightstand, fall out when opened. The most concerning issue involved the very jagged edge of the kitchen counter where the stools are. Our grandchildren ate their meals at the counter and the edging was so sharp, they surely could have cut themselves on it. While seated, our two year old’s face was at the top of the counter and he could have easily cut his face if he would have leaned into the edge. This is something that needs immediate attention. In all fairness, we should
have contacted the owners immediately but we did not want to be inconvenienced by a major repair.
The towels in each of the bathrooms were also quite worn and stained. The balcony chairs could also be replaced. Items you will want to bring
for your stay include: lots of hangers, potholders, beach towels, extra toilet paper, bath tissue, and paper towel. We were also disappointed that the resort does not recycle plastic, cardboard, aluminum, etc. We were told we would have to drive our recycling a couple of miles away. This was very disheartening to us.
The resort itself is also in need of sprucing up. The pool areas especially need fresh cement and paint. The few staff members we ran into were not customer service oriented. We’ve stayed at numerous other resorts in PCB and unfriendly staff never stood out like they did at Splash.
We ordered lunch one day at the pool side restaurant and the food was very good.
The booking process through the owners was easy. If the condo was renovated and the resort was spruced up a bit, we would stay again.

Safety and cleanliness are top priority for all our guest including our own children,grandchildren and extended family that come to vacation here.
We have maintenance correcting the issues you addressed with the night stand and dresser. As of yet, we have been unable to locate your concern on the bar counter. Could you please clarify when you get an opportunity?
The carpet is a couple of years old and we had both it and the upholstery deep cleaned today. We also have had a deep cleaning done by housekeeping. We have been very fortunate that our housekeeping staff is very thorough and takes pride in their job.
Yes you are right. We would have appreciated you contacting us immediately with your concerns. Most can be remedied without any inconvenience to your stay. We strive to make your family beach vacation the best we can.
Being environmentally conscious and pro recycling myself I appreciate your concern and am happy to bring your suggestion for a recycle bin to the Splash management and board.
I apologize if you had an unpleasant encounter with a Splash staff member as they are all very hospitable from the receptionist at the registration desk to the pool and cleaning staff.
We are very happy to hear you and your family had plenty of vacation space and found the beds comfortable.

The condo suite was exactly what we was looking for or needed for our family vacation . This was our second time to book this condo for our family vacation and will book it again. The resort had everything we needed to make memories. They had something for everyone. From a baby pool area to a adult size pool. A water play area to a lazy river.. We highly recommend this condo in this resort.. Ky. Fall break 2017

Rates subject to change until reserved. A refundable $300 damage deposit is required along with final payment. A 3% processing fee is added to any credit transactions. Electronic check is free. A credit card payment is required for reservations made within 2 weeks of arrival. We will not rent to persons other than families,married couples and adults who are 25 years of age or older. We require a ID photocopy for age verification as outlined in our rental agreement. Renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of the property. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.
