Inside, Three Little Bears charms from the moment you arrive with gleaming wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a stone fireplace. The living room features cozy leather seating, a large HDTV, and a DVD player—ideal for movie nights after a day of adventure. The open layout flows into the dining area, where a farmhouse table is perfect for shared meals or a round of board games. The cabin was perfect for our group of five. The kitchen and dining area were perfect. The living room area lacked space and really only set three comfortably. The porches were ample and we enjoyed the view with a cup of coffee every morning.

Beautiful home close to town but secluded

Our family group of 4 adults and 3 teens really enjoyed this home. We all especially enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and theater room. The timer on the fireplace is a nice touch. The benches at the dining room table allowed us all to sit together to enjoy meals. Also enjoyed the rockers on the wrap around porch for reading and relaxing!

Utensils were very sparse,no pizza cutter,can opener,1 dish towel,salt,board games etc. The cabin was very very nice and clean,just lacked some things that are normally included. I will say it appeared they hired an unqualified floor installer,no underlayment and appeared they cut the locks off each plank end leaving no way to keep planks from sliding apart. Nothing that affected our stay.the upstairs toilet handle broke on the last day. Our overall stay was great just thought you should be aware of things we noticed

I was treated as if I can’t open the door with a code. The internet was out therefore the door code does not work. They assumed it was my error without knowing the whole story. They always answered the phone but were not very helpful. Our cabin was clean and beautiful but we had no cell reception or tv the entire weekend due to the storms!

Spring break stay

New cabin with great, modern decor and lots of space for family of 5. Very happy with the level of cleanliness and the quality of furniture. The only downside (a big one for us) was a new construction right next door. If you don’t mind all day hammer banging and lack of privacy the cabin itself was great. No chance of seeing wildlife due to high level of constant construction noise. None of that was mentioned in the listing.

Great cabin!

We had a great time! Very clean and nice furnishings and decor. We thought both king bedrooms had attached bathrooms, but only the upstairs king did. The flooring wasn’t secure to the floor in spots and in the room upstairs the flooring wasn’t measured correctly and there were gaps in the floor. Tripping hazard. Otherwise, we LOVED, this cabin. The location was far enough away to feel like you’re in the woods and somewhat away from the busy area of Pigeon Forge, but close enough to the surrounding attractions. If you are looking for complete seclusion from neighbors, this wouldn’t be for you. We had a blast!

The property was clean, quiet and as advertised. My kids loved the pool table and arcade game, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Great location out of the hubbub but still easy to get to all of the action.

Issues with construction, electrical, communication

Nice overall look and appeal, BUT.. 1) When the smoke alarm battery started beeping, we called and informed. They asked if they would need a ladder. I said yes. They sent 2 guys who came in without a ladder. They were at the top of the steps tiptoe on the very top of a 6' or 8' reaching with a tool to get the cover off. The guy was nervous and fearful of falling, it was awful. The guys were great and friendly but mgmt completely failed communicating properly to them. 2) Lighting circuit tripped for some unknown reason @ 10:20p one night. No lights in front bathroom or kitchen or living room. I called next AM left voicemail. NO response ...called that afternoon and they said never got the msg. Right. The guy they sent "James" was terrific but mgmt again failed with communication somehow. I got the location of switch from mgmt and reset before he got there but it failed AGAIN the next day. Panel in front entry seems to be the issue. 3) Small appliance circuit tripped in kitchen while using microwave and nothing else. May be unrelated but a pattern is forming. 4) Many if not most of the floor planks are loose and can slide around leaving gaps that catch your toes if not careful. It's a mess that needs fixed. 5) One of shower curtains had 4 or 5 torn holes and was hanging loose at the top. It's a $3 liner...replace it guys! Did anyone check this place before renting it out this time? 6) Front full bath - door will not latch unless you lean your weight heavy on the knob - it's difficult. The latch and hole are not aligned. Our 75-80 yr old parents stayed on that floor to avoid stairs, but did not like the lack of privacy in bathroom. 7) One of the office personnel was short and rude with loud noises in the background when we asked why the code wasn't working. The instructions did not say to hit an additional symbol to enter it. It turned to be the one we hadn't tried yet but she was not polite about it. 8) Back door was actually UNLOCKED when we arrived, and we found out because of #7 above when the code would not work as instructed. This COULD be a nice place to stay. Needs some finessing on furniture layout (bunk room, pool table - both tight fits) but features are generally very good. Much less kitchen items / accessories than what we see at other rentals (and we rent 1-2x /yr on average for past 10 years.) 3 star overall for sure.

Where do I begin? The stay was way more than we expected. The cabin was totally awesome! It was clean and tastefully decorated. All of us slept very well and did not have a single problem with any of the accommodations. The dryer was not working at the time but there was plenty of wood railings to lay our clothes out to dry. The view was spectacular and the area so quiet. There were no birds or squirrels but also no mosquitos!! Keep talking about going back next year.
