Traditionnal basque house

two kilometers from the center of Sare and its shops and restaurants., total calm with a magnificent view of the valley and the Rhune mountain lies the "bergerie", a traditionnal basque house beautifully furnished.
With an open space living room cum kitchen ( air conditionning). There's a bathroom with separate toilet, two bedrooms (electric heating) plus a third bedroom accassed from the outside deck. Large patio equipped with garden furniture and BBQ, private parking. Arrival time 4 to 6 pm, departure time 10 am.

Positief:- ligging- compleet ingerichtNegatief:* Vies: - overal stof. Muren en plafonds zijn niet schoon en vol spinnenwebben. Veel vliegen ondanks vliegenvangers en daardoor veel vliegenpoep. - borden en servies niet schoon (eerst de vaatwasser aan gezet, maar die reinigt slecht), snijplanken met etensresten van vorige huurders. - muis en muizenkeutels in de keukenkastjes op het servies.*Overig- Zeker 3 lampjes kapot.- Er werd een zeer hoge borg gevraagd. Het was niet mogelijk om dit met credit card te betalen. Er werd om een cheque gevraagd, maar dat bestaat niet meer in NL. Dus moesten we op zoek naar een pinautomaat.*Conclusie We vonden de woning erg vies en dat heeft ons plezier vergald. We raden deze woning zeker niet aan.

Une belle région et une belle maison. L emplacement est calme et le cadre très joli. La communication avec la propriétaire a été très bonne, a l écoute et empathique. Nous l en remercions. Tout le contraire de la personne qui nous a remis les clés et a vérifié le ménage qui a été désagréable ainsi que son mari.

Nous avons largement apprécié notre sejour, idealement placé au calme et proche du charmant village de Sare, non loin de l’Espagne et de St jean de Luz. Le gîte offre 2 superbes terrasses avec vues imprenables. Bonnes literies.

Magnifique bergerie

Bien située, proche de Sare et de la montagne de la Rhune a seulement une vingtaine de km de Saint-Jean de Luz, cette magnifique bergerie restaurée avec goût offre en même temps le plaisir de la campagne. Bien entretenue et propre, nous y avons passé huit jours de plaisir.
