Cozy Loft Three Blocks from Hospital and Downtown

Cheyenne is a pleasant community in southwestern Wyoming with friendly people and blue skies.
Located near downtown Cheyenne and Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, this cozy second floor nest may be just the retreat for you.

The space
Fresh, very clean, comfort and charm is what we look forward to when we travel and this has been our focus as we prepare each of our cozy homes specifically for those away from home.

As you enter, you are greeted by comfy furniture and a sense of "home." You'll experience charming arched doorways and hardwood floors throughout this one bedroom loft. The windows allow plenty of sunlight and the kitchen table is placed for your enjoyment of such.

We live nearby (25 years) and look forward to welcoming you.

You may contact us anytime, we want your needs to always be addressed.


The living room offers a desk for guests who may need additional space for computer access. (see photos)

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in our homes.  Because smoking makes a home unlivable for the next guest, violators will be assessed $500/day fee.

Extra Cleaning fee (40/ hour) will be assessed if home is extremely dirty after check out beyond what a reasonable guest would normally leave a home.

• Violation of any portion of “House Rules” are grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without refund.

Great stay

The property is great for single travelers maybe a couple. Cindy is a great hostess. Should I ever be back in Cheyenne I’ll definitely be looking at her listings. The central location was great for me as well.

Perfect for long-term

I stayed here while on a work assignment and the loft was perfect for me! Just enough cozy room and perfect for one person. Cindy is so sweet and so helpful, made my stay a breeze! I would definitely stay here again

this is one of the most comfortably furnished rental properties in Cheyenne and that it serves your needs.

Historic and New. The appointments include quality finishes such as granite countertops, hardwood floors throughout, white marble bathroom, tile kitchen floor, and comfortable, quality furnishings. The hosts have taken care to ensure that the property is beautiful, inviting, and comfortable. The property is in “Old Cheyenne” and is part of a historic structure, located just three blocks from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, amenities, and the State Capitol, and Cheyenne Frontier Day Parades. Take time to stroll over to the Historic Governor’s Mansion, just two blocks away.

Our repeat guests are our greatest source of recognition, and we hope to welcome you to Cheyenne as we have so many other guests.
