A single house nestled in lush greenery, the Brécat house has been completely restored. It overlooks a balcony facing the Pyrenees. All comforts and beautiful, bright spaces. Simple, contemporary decor highlighting the old beams and original timbers. Ground floor: - Equipped kitchen (oven and microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) opening onto a terrace. - Fully equipped living room (TV, CD player). WC. 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower). Storage room (washing machine). Upstairs: - 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom/WC. Large mezzanine (books, board games, DVD player). Beds made upon arrival. Towel rental available. Heating available at an additional cost (heat pump and convector heaters). Large, fully enclosed garden offering breathtaking views of the mountain range. 2 terraces (South and shaded to the West), garden furniture, gas grill, sun loungers. Detached house in a verdant setting
