About this property

Our “Suite” Place

Hello everyone!

My husband Dave and I had this idea to turn part of our large wooden detached garage space into a quiet little airbnb rental for those visiting the High Point and surrounding areas.

The new apartment is 600 sq.ft and fully furnished, all new bright ceiling lighting/fixtures, one queen size bedroom, walk in shower, comfortable 2 trendy chairs and love seat in the living room area with a 55” tv / wifi, fully stocked Keurig coffee station, microwave and refrigerator.

The apartment is close to downtown High Point, restaurants and the High Point University, The High Point Rockers baseball field. Easy access to the highway 85 going to Greensboro, Winston, Charlotte and Raleigh..

My husband and I live in the house on the property..we are away often, so we don’t see some of our guests..we are always available to answer any questions through text messaging, calling and emails.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside, OR parties, gatherings, loud music or pets..please see other rules before booking

Excellence in Urban/ Country Setting

Close to town but far away enough to avoid the bustle, extremely well decorated, very nice unit. Enjoyed my stay and when my travels bring me back to area will surely try to stay here again.

Cute but remote

I came to Winston Salem for work and booked this property for my week stay. The owner was an absolute sweetheart and very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. It was however a bit too remote for me as I was traveling alone so I opted not to stay. It is a very quiet, rural neighborhood with not many neighbors around. It was only about 25 mins from downtown Winston Salem and since traffic isn't bad there it wasn't a bad commute.

Great place to stay

Convenient location, clean, comfortable, and the owner had excellent communication. Kitchenette area was stocked with coffees, sugar, creamer and waters in the fridge which was a nice touch. Overall great experience!

Charming Getaway for Music Festival

My wife and I absolutely adored our stay here while attending the Coltrane Jazz Festival this weekend! The place is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and location is within a short drive to city and yet quiet for a great nights sleep. Our host Jeanne was very accommodating to our needs and was quickly responsive to any questions we asked online. We would definitely stay again when in the High Point area. G & D
