Enter from The Sky Deck, a 3 story high deck. 2 bed, 2 bath, 1000 square ft space with full kitchen, living room, dining room & laundry. All new furnishings/appliances. No shared space. Complete privacy. Professionally decorated. Newly added lighted makeup mirrors and full length mirrors in each bathroom/bedroom. Stone patio on lake. 5 miles to Furniture Market and High Point Hospital. 10 miles to Greensboro Coliseum! Built in 2019 above my home. No drugs, including marijuana, allowed anywhere on premises. No smoking, vaping and e- cigarettes inside. Parties and additional guests are not allowed.

Frank is a really good property manager.Despite a temporary hot water problem (which was fixed immediately), we had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment.You are left in peace to just enjoy your stay and we really appreciated the privacy.It’s a fabulous place.

Great place that got our needs perfectly. It was clean and in a safe neighborhood with the amenities we needed. We were only there to sleep as in town for work at High Point Furniture Showroom then dinners out.

Beautiful apartment

My friend and I enjoyed the property immensely! It was clean, well appointed, located only 4 miles from our destination, Furnitureland South for two nights. River view from the private deck and very close to many places to eat. Owner was very communicative and helpful.

Graduation trip for grandson

We visited High Point to meet my grandson's friend as a graduation gift. The VRBO was great, very clean and decorated so pretty. The property owner was a very gracious host and made our stay feel special. He is easily accessible and let us know if we need anything to contact him. We would definitely stay in this rental again! The Asheboro zoo was also awesome which is not far away!

Fantastic stay

Didn’t get to “enjoy” the property as much as we would have liked to, due to our busy schedule, however, the time we spent there was wonderful! Very peaceful quiet spot, fantastic deck, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The communication was exceptional with the owner. Beautiful place, convenient location

The property is beautiful, the inside was a very neat setup. Beds were comfy, living space was great. We loved the little touches to make it feel like home! Didn't love all the steps to get up to the door, and the parking spot was almost too small for my SUV but we managed. Also didn't love the cameras everywhere (outside) but I get it. We enjoyed our stay!

A unique quiet neighborhood getaway space you will love.

The fact that this property is attached to another residence does not mean you won’t experience total privacy. The construction is such that you will have your own defined space both inside and outside. It was kind of amazing. A unique, quiet getaway space

Great location--beautiful view!

We enjoyed our time at your VRBO rental. The garage door was a bit noisy when it went up/down, but other than that pretty quiet and peaceful. Had a few problems w/the hall toilet flushing. Other than that, we enjoyed the view and our time of relaxation. Sorry my hubby got sick & we had to leave early.

Highly recommended

Struggled to nail down a place in the area for a few weeks before our trip that fit our needs. We travel a lot and look for a few things. First is reviews. Second is no carpet. Third is a balcony or cozy outdoor space. Fourth is tv's in the bedrooms. Needless to say we passed this by multiple times. HOWEVER, after going thru listing after listing and seeing that many of them were not what they said they were, had no real exterior or balcony and if they did they had no chairs or seating we pulled the trigger. This was absolutely perfect. Clean, updated, just enough kitchen, and the carpet in the bedrooms was beautiful. Couldn't have been more than a year old. The best part of this space was dealing directly with the Owner instead of a management company or non-related Rental Agent. It is adjacent to the Owner's residence but we did not see him or his family one time. The entrance is private and the neighborhood is top notch. Since it is self-managed and at the Owner's fingertips we were able to book last minute and for a very short stay. And most importantly it is exactly what it states in the Owner's remarks!!!

When I bought my home in 2012 I realized it had a lot of potential because it had a very high roof and huge attic. In 2019 I created what you are seeing on VRBO. It is a self contained apartment above my home with a separate entrance from The Sky Deck which overlooks the lake.
