Christmas in NYC

This property was perfect for my husband myself, children and grandchildren. It was clean and the lobby was inviting. It was a block and a half to Central Park and a 5 minute walk to Radio City Music Hall (Christmas Spectacular show) and another few minutes to the Rockefeller Canter. The staff were courteous and friendly. We would definitely stay here again CN

Worst experience ever!

Got to the hotel was told that there was a leak in my room, then was told that the hotel was overbooked. Was told that there was a computer glitch. Ended up not having any available rooms and moved me to a different location where I couldn’t even get under the covers because it was so disgusting. The bathroom floor was sticky carpet dirty walls had holes and were peeling The lobby was under construction. The hotel was rundown and dirty. Unfortunately, this was supposed to be a special weekend and it turned into a nightmare!My daughter’s special day was filled with stress instead of excitement! Shame on them for allowing this to happen!!
