The Farm Cottage--close to two state parks
Rustic farm house located on a working cattle farm. Home features two porches with seasonal views of Mt. Nebo and Petit Jean Mountain, breakfast nook, kitchen, dining area, large living room with two comfortable sofas and large flat screen smart television, two bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bath, and laundry room.
Their is ample room for a boat trailer in the parking area.
Large oaks and other shade trees provide a cooler lawn space for relaxing and playing lawn games. In addition to the porches and lawn area, there is also a fire pit with seating for four.
Home is located a short distance from Petit Jean and Mt. Nebo State Parks as well as the Centerville race tracks. Nearby Lake Dardanelle is an excellent fishing and recreation lake. Petit Jean Wildlife Management Area is minutes away and features public hunting and fishing. Holla Bend Wildlife Management Area is also very close and is an excellent place to see a variety of birds including Bald Eagles.

If you’re in the area for petit jean exploring, I recommend this place. Conveniently located and peaceful. We WILL be back to stay during our petit jean adventures.

This property was perfect! The pastoral setting on the cattle farm was so relaxing. The house was clean and very well stocked. Devilla was easy and great to work with. We visited 3 State Parks nearby and ate dinner at 2 of them, which was very good! We definately will be staying here at the Farm Cottage again!

The farm and the view were beautiful. We enjoyed waking up to all of the sounds of farm life. The Farm Cottage was lovely, spacious and cozy. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! They supplied everything we needed for our stay. Thank you! We'd love to make a return visit and will highly recommend this place to others.

The cottage house was perfect for the 2 of us. It was equipped with everything we need for our 4 night stay. The location was convenient to drive to Petit Jean & Mt Nebo state parks. Any questions or needs about the property were answers very quick. We enjoyed the fresh eggs for breakfast.

Excellent property! Exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Out in the country on a working farm but only about 17 minutes to town. The owner had fresh farm eggs and a pound of farm fed ground beef waiting on you with the availability to purchase more. Restaurants and shopping in town, and very close to two (2) state parks. Mt Nebo is the closest with several hiking/biking trails. This is on our "stay again" list!!

Farm Cabin
This was our second November spending a week at the Farm Cabin while we hiked around Holla Bend NWR. Great weather, great accomodations.

Farm Cottage
Great for visiting nearby state parks or just relaxing. Cozy and very clean.

Wonderful
Had such a peaceful time, owners were very helpful and thoughtful. Make sure to try their stakes!
I'd stay there again.

So inviting and comfortable!!
We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage!! The place was so inviting and comfortable! Definitely made it hard to leave. The beef and eggs were delicious! We will definitely be staying here again!
