Quiet residence close to shops and the beach, the apartment is composed of a main room with sofa, television, an equipped kitchen area: induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, electric mini-oven, coffee maker, kettle and grill -bread.
A bathroom with separate WC, a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and another bedroom with 3 90cm beds.
Then you will be able to enjoy a large garden with outdoor furniture and above all a barbecue! All with a beautiful view of the Clape.
You will also have a private numbered parking space.

The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, around 900 m from shops, stores, the market, restaurants, the funfair and the sea. The collective swimming pool is open in high season from mid-June in mid-September, it has lifeguard supervision only in July and August.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or by check).

Tourist tax is extra.

The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
