It is situated in a residential complex with communal pool, just 1 km. away from Grifeu beach, and about 3 km. away from Llançà center. The apartment has the following distribution: two double bedrooms, living-dining room with sofa-bed, kitchen, bathroom, terrace with barbecue and a great view of the magnificent natural surroundings.
