Fisherman's house with more than 100 years of history, located in the heart of Puerto de Llançà in the commercial center and Puerto Deportivo Club Nautic Llançà. It consists of a dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom. Floor bedrooms with three double bedrooms, and attic with double suite room and terrace with barbecue and spectacular views of the sea, mountains and marina. The location was ideal, and the host was very helpful and responsive. The shower was very cold, given the contrast with the outside temperature; it would have been nice to be able to set the water heater to lukewarm. The air conditioning only worked in the living room, and since the bedrooms are on the third floor, some nights were difficult as the fans only blew hot air. Overall, the apartment was pleasant, and the town is simply beautiful, ideal for a relaxing holiday.SallyToronto, Canada

Excellent!

Great location, great apartment! There was a generous amount of space for my family. Raquel and Jordi were quick to help/answer questions when needed. The village is darling!

Excellent séjour chez Raquel. Le logement est parfaitement situé tout près de la plage du port, des restos et des boutiques. Plusieurs stationnements gratuits sont accessibles dans les environs. Le logement est en lui-même très confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le balcon et la vue magnifique qu’il nous donne sur le port. Avec les très grandes chaleurs d’août (près de 40 degrés chaque jour) nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la chambre du haut parce que la climatisation ne rafraîchissait efficacement que l’étage principal (salon, cuisine, salle à manger). Les chambres du premier étaient aussi très très chaudes. Il y avait par contre plusieurs ventilateurs de fournis dans le logement, ce qui a été très apprécié dans les circonstances. En somme, nous recommandons vivement ce logement!

Beau gite avec terrasse au 2eme étage

Gite propre,spacieux, propriétaires réactifs. Par contre les escaliers sont étroits et raides sans rampe pour le 1er et le 2eme étage et de ce fait l'accès à la terrasse est difficile d'accès. De là haut, la vue est sublime Le séjour au premier étage,par contre ,donne sur un batiment .

Immer wieder gerne

Wir haben die Zeit genossen, man konnte sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse suchen und das lauschige Lüftchen genießen. Der Gastgeber war sehr entgegenkommend und jederzeit zur Hilfe bereit. Vielen Dank an Jordi und Raquel :)

Une maison et un emplacement au top

Juste un mot parfait merci aux propriétaires. L'emplacement est top pour profiter des plages et du port sans utiliser la voiture. Et le parking juste à côté compris dans la location est particulièrement appréciable. Nous recommandons à tous ceux qui veulent profiter du port et de ses festivités.

Merci pour les opinions, mais il faut constater que nôtre maison a eté loué SANS climatisation et aussi que dans le periode du sejour il y a eu un episode de chaleur extreme pour la quelle nous n´etions pas preparés. Hereusement pour tous nous/vous on va instaler la clima pour la saison prochaine. En tout cas un trés gran merci pour choisir chez nous et peut-être á la prochaine!

Le logement est idéalement placé à deux pas de la plage de Llança et au centre de la station balnéaire, avec tous les commerces à proximité... Raquel et Jordi vous accueilleront avec beaucoup de gentilesse... Sans hésitation, une belle adresse...

Au cœur de Llançà !

Logement très bien placé au cœur de la marina de Llançà, au pied des plages, magnifique vue depuis la terrasse. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et bienveillants. Super séjour!!

Tranquilidad y comodidad en el centro del Puerto de Llançà

La casa está situada en una zona muy buena del puerto de Llançà. la comodiad es extrema para hacer compras en poco tiempo: pesacadería, carnicería, tienda de comestibles y panadería en menos de 25 metros. Esto hace que el tiempo para pasear y descansar sea mayor. La casa está bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia agradable. Nosotros éramos una pareja y nos sobraba casa, pero hay sitio para dormir 8 personas. Las vistas al amanecer desde la habitación del último piso son preciosas. También queremos resaltar que Raquel y Jordi son una pareja amable y encantadora.
